I'm not a big fan of El Pollo Loco if I'm being honest, but I was around the area and ended up here. I'm genuinely surprised and glad I did. The chicken was actually really well cooked and juicy and the sides were pretty decent in size. Staff service was kind and they gave my order quickly. Can't complain.
Restaurant is very clean and neat. Maybe the food seems to taste better because of the customer service that was provided compared to other locations I've been to... Staff is the best I have ever experienced at ANY fast food establishment, especially Leo. Felt like I knew the guy for much longer than just those 15 minutes.

This new location at La Canada Flintridge on Verdugo Rd. Originally located on Foothill Blvd currently Starbucks. The chicken tostadas grilled wings breasts burritos soup etc so damm delicious with excellent quality!! The manager and the staff are very friendly. They serve you salsas if you ask. The service is fast paced. I’m impressed. Nice & clean beautiful atmosphere indeed!! That’s all!! I missed visiting to El Pollo Loco these days.
