“Finally got the chance to try this dessert place after always passing by. I got the pure milk soft serve and 3 pieces of taiyaki in custard and red bean. The soft serve is a nice texture and it's very soft. The milk is a bit too sweet, in my opinion. And you can self serve on several toppings for the soft serve. The taiyaki is very good, just wish that it is a bit more crispy. They give a generous amount of filling inside the taiyaki. Inside is a small place. They only have a bench and a couple of stools. Overall, a great dessert place!“

The drink omg the drink was made with their homemade vanilla syrup and the chai was just amazing. (Think Cookie Monster Oreo ice cream) My only complaint is that they don't have as much donut options as their sister shop, Donut Friend. Uber crunch is absolute perfection: natural tasting ube flavor, not too sweet/sugary (for reference, I find Häagen-Dazs to be just slightly too sweet), and the crunch balances the creamy texture very well. Also highly recommend the passion fruit cacao. Japanese neopolitan is interesting, but the flavors aren't my favorite - try if curious or love matcha/Sakura/Hokkaido milk flavors. I took the suggestion of peanut butter and chose coffee since it is one of my favorite flavors. The peanut butter wasn't too sweet and the flavor was strong without being overly so. The coffee was better with the sweet level since the bitterness helps cut it down.Parking: Street parking only, so you may have to park a distance away and walk to the store.“

“If there’s ANYWHERE in LA that you want to go for the best gelato in town, THIS is the place!Previously on Melrose, but THANKFULLY still here and now located conveniently (for tourists anyways) on Hollywood Blvd. (on the same side of the Dolby Theater & ACROSS the street from Ghiradelli’s - nor a coincidence, I’m sure). Don’t bother with need t any other gelato option in the area.I’ve had mucho gelato in this town and this is the ONLY place that has the best, creamiest, most authentic quality. Even the VEGAN gelato is incredible & would fool any non-vegan. If you learn about their training and history, then you’ll know why their products are SO amazing. “I really this place. They have a Dulce de leche frozen yogurt that is hands down the best flavor available. They have a few other options that are good as well. There is parking available, which makes it easier to stop by. They also have Boba which I never tried before but for those who are looking for a place that sells it. “Lovely chocolate shop on North Brand Blvd. that serves some very decadent chocolates that make the perfect gift for any and all occasions. They sell them by individual chocolates and prepackaged boxes, including ones for baby girls and baby boys! They are more on the pricier side admittedly but you can rack up rewards points and you get a free sample from the beautiful display each time. I went for the dark chocolate caramel cup topped with sea salt and it was the perfect, rich flavorful explosion of everything together. The service was really nice by one of the young ladies whose name I didn't catch. Very friendly and accommodating! The store is also very clean and organized. I highly recommend visiting this spot.
