“I came here for the strawberry passion cake for a birthday. They has the different cakes inside a freezer where you can pick what kind of cake you wanted. They also offered different sizes. I picked my cake and paid. It was quick and the cashier was friendly.“

“My girl and I finally made to eat here, today is our 2nd attempt, 1st time said was open but when we arrived was closed. Today i had the chicken wrap which can be pair with green salad or chips and pistachio smoothie for my girl a croissant sandwich and cucumber lemonade. My wrap is really good as well as the smoothie, I'm impressed, now in my girls case lemonade is good, not sweet which is good, the croissant was good but so poor, inside only a slice of tomato, one slice of cheese, one single slice of ham some jalapeño and some greens all this make the sandwich super thin , in my personal opinion this croissant can be prepare better and bigger with more ingredients ,and of course couple more bucks . Will definitely come back and try their breakfast . And our dessert was oatmeal, . They have a nice variety of coffee, frappes, teas cookies, muffins and more,. Workers are very friendly. “Visiting Long Beach and had Door Dash deliver a couple of cupcakes to our hotel. I had the orange & cream cheese cupcake - my daughter had the red velvet. She loved hers and I think mine was probably the best cupcake I have ever had. Cake was super moist and packed with flavor. The cream cheese frosting was so creamy and it had white chocolate curls on top. Amazing!“

“I am new to Bellflower, and haven't really acclimated yet. I needed a birthday cake asap. I am so happy I found Fantasy Cakes Bakery. The owner took my order and he was very personable.. I ordered the cake Friday afternoon and it was ready for pick-up Saturday morning... The bakery was not even a five minute drive from my house, lots of ample parking in the back, and the shop is too cute.. that whole area has lots of curb appeal... I don't ever drive that way (work in the opposite direction). The cake was adorable, it was perfect... it wasn't an elaborate cake, but it was perfect for me. I wasn't able to take any pictures, it was eaten in like, 2.4 seconds. I don't even like cake or sweets, but I liked that cake... The cake had lemon cream filling and vanilla frosting, it was moist and just very delicious... all the February birthday names fit perfectly and they loved it... one of my nieces kinda had a tear.. not sure cause I remembered her birthday or maybe because she was suppose to give up sweets for lent.. Anywho, this bakery is a win, win, win... Thanks Fantasy Cakes for making me the best auntie ever!!“

I suspect it may make it more structurally sound especially for tall or multi-tier cakes, but I have a biased love for soft, moist, airy cakes.I also know the team is masterful with fondant, but if you wanted something to be specifically buttercream instead, make sure to specify and to see if it's possible.“
