“This spot is amazing!! I come at least once a week to get my desi bagel and fresh OJ and I've never had a bad experience. Even when I can tell that it's busy or they're getting backed up with orders (I can tell these things as my family owns a small business as well) they always provide you with the best customer service and SPEED. I don't think i've ever had to wait longer than 5 minutes for my order and each time it's made to perfection, no corners cut. Starting off your morning on a positive note is so important to me as it sets you up for the rest of your day. I don't know what her name is but there's a woman who's always there on Thursday mornings who makes my day every time! I go straight to work after Cassidy's Corner and honestly feel inspired by her to try and replicate the same energy for my customers. Love this spot, i'm only sorry for not writing a review sooner! P.S. Every time I come here I send my boyfriend a braggy picture of my bagel hahaha”

“First time there was today. The portions were good size, and the food was delicious. The waitresses, that waited on us were very polite and asked us every few minutes If we needed anything. My son also liked the cuts of the meats and the sauces were very good along with all the sides. We will definitely be going back again. Also, for desert ice cream. Yum.”

“My mom is a hard sell when it comes to Thai food, as she herself is from Thailand. She has her handful of places she frequents, and she's usually not impressed when we go anywhere else. I wanted to take her somewhere new and local, so I brought her here, and now she's a fan. We ordered the Bangkok sidewalk favorite and the crab noodles. The first dish was good, but nothing that different than anywhere else besides the beautiful presentation. However, the crab noodles were amazing. The noodles were chewy and perfect, and there was a ton of crab included. That's now one of my mom's favorite dishes. We also got a Thai tea as a check-in on Yelp, which was great. Oh, side note: most of the staff don't speak Thai, so don't even try. Lol.”

“My women's department came to Mimi's Cafe for our Women's day Sunday brunch after church on 5/15/2022. The service here was top notch. Thanks to the Manager Julio he worked we me to set up for our lunch. He was awesome. If you have a large party please think about using this Restaurant. You will not be disappointed!!!! Now they're frozen in boxes. The baked beans are a totally different recipe and don't taste as great. They don't look as appealing in their boxes. We only bought the baked beans this year, and they were good, but not mouth-watering delicious. Staff is still wonderful and helpful.”

However coming in is definitely like a regular pocha type of vibe. They also have rooms with pre-paid Karaoke! The Lady there is also very nice! Kimchi Fried Rice- my friends loved it! “I love when I'm in an area that I don't frequent & search 'coffee near me' always brings me to the right places! I ordered the vanilla bean cold brew ($6.50) l loved the cold foam being made in front of my eyes- the barista recommended that I take a few sips without the lid to taste the coffee & cold foam, this was absolutely amazing! They get their pasties delivered from Nonna Mercado & I've been dying to try their pastries, the Choffle was seriously divine ($4.75) Nice crunch on the outside and soft chewy inside, this was such a treat paired with the coffee I ordered. Service is very sweet, overall vibe of this space is very quiet & quaint, I can see this being a great study spot. I came on a Friday morning. When I'm in the area I'd drop by again & definitely would recommend to others! Coffee is my self care & I truly appreciate the days when I can come & treat myself & try new places. Got my order to go ate in the car. Pro-Tip: Must be eaten right away even to go orders, eat in your car to avoid the mushiness.”

“I really wanted to like this place more, but unfortunately there were a few things that brought them down to 4 stars. First thing first, the drinks. I like to get the regular milk tea from these places to really assess their quality and taste. If you can get the basics right, you're a step ahead! So, got their Brown Sugar milk tea with boba and it was okay. Nothing spectacular. I want to give them another try because they have some very interesting flavors and options in their menu such as the Hokkaido creamer milk substitute and the Oreo series blended drinks. I give them props for their ingredients as you can watch them make the drinks right in front of you and they made everything fresh to order, no premixed teas or powders. Their decor and theme is quirky and fun. You can tell they put an effort to make the place catch your attention and everything looked clean and organized. Prices are reasonable and within the market value for this type of stuff. The ding for me was the limited seating inside and the smell. It's not nasty like "I need to get the H-E-double-hockey-sticks outta here!" type of smell, but definitely a bit off. I tried to come back and try another drink when I was waiting for my tacos from the other place next to them, but that smell threw me off again. A little ding for not having any snacks at all. Not even like cookies or prepackaged Japanese treats or something. Anyway, that's my take on this place.”

“If you want quality tea, this is the place to come. We tried the Jinxuan oolong tea which I highly recommend if you want a taste of genuine Taiwanese tea while imagining you are strolling down the iconic night markets, sipping on fragrant oolong tea paired with the signature blend black tea jelly. I also had their Taiwanese milk tea with sesame jelly which will be my regular drink every time I visit. What I also enjoy about Hechalou is that I can drink this tea regularly and buy multiple drinks and store it in my fridge because I live quite far. The jelly is very tasty even the next day, unlike other tea places that focus primarily on boba. I frequent chi cha and orobae and this will definitely be my new go to! Yes, expect some lines. And yes, people will complain about the lines but it is 1000% worth the wait.”

“Mlem Mlem is slang for how delicious in Vietnamese and I can tell you we had a delicious time dipping everything in the Mlem Mlem Crab Sauce! Mlem Mlem Crab sauce is a combination of their Cajun Butter + Lemon Pepper + Garlic Butter! It does cost to get a side of it but it's so worth it!!! What did we order? - Crispy Chicken Wings - Soft Shell Crab Po'Boy Sandwich - 1lb Seafood Lunch Combo : 1 lb Seafood (half shrimp & clams) + Sausage + Corn + Potatoes and Choice of Sauce What impressed me the most was the Soft Shell Crab Po'Boy Sandwich which includes 2 whole soft shell crabs. Most places will give you one and slice it in half but Mlem Mlem Crab gives you TWO!!! It's perfectly battered fried in between crusty baguette with Cajun mayo, lettuce and tomatoes. It's so Mlem Mlem (DELICIOUS!) that you can't stop eating it! It is super filling and satisfying. Loved every single bite and I am okay with getting a bit messy with this Po'Boy. I heard from the restaurant that the Crispy Shrimp Po'Boy is also another customer favorite.”

After placing my order (I was the only customer) I started wondering what was taking so long. Grab the salad out of the fridge and serve. Much to my surprise, the guy made the salad there on the spot. Fresh ingredients, including bacon, turkey, cheese, crisp fresh veggies and slices of egg! No pre-made salad sitting for days ... made there on the spot, and wow! Excellent. Seems everything is pretty much made this way. Definitely worth a short wait because the food and flavor is rewarding. AND my order was just a salad. LoL. Will be back to sample some of the special doughnuts and a cooked meal. Don't let the 'cafe' fool you, this is quality dinning.”

“I got 2 huge quest crusted tacos, one chicken and one steak. Both were insane and fresh even after driving home 15 minutes. We also got 3 steak tacos and 1 adobada taco all tender and fresh. Honestly they gave us 4 salsas per person and every single one was amazing all together even. Enjoyed it here and all for $22 bruh I had to tip this was real food and real prices.”

Clean up after yourself. Self serve water. I got the Spicy Tofu Udon. It included soft tofu, pieces of beef, half a soft boiled egg, clams and one large shrimp. Came with sides of pickled radish and kimchi. The meal was enough to feed two people and they provide to-go containers. The person in front of me ordered 30 drinks and I thought I would be there forever since there were only 4 workers. But noooo, I didn't have a chance to relax. They had me out of there in 5 minutes.This is the most efficient starbucks I've ever been to. They had 2 people working on the big order and the other 2 taking care of the line of customers. “Oki Japan is very tasty and at a great price. We were there before the circus, which was on the lot and had a nice meal. It is located inside the Lakewood Center Mall.The place is small and does a lot of to go and delivery. There are some nice places to sit and the mall area right out front as a lot of seating.We had shrimp tempura and rice which was great and some sushi. The sushi was good, not great. We will have something else next time. Their beef bento box was really good and their vegetables are steamed nicely and they are super tasty. Their chicken teriyaki is excellent.The place is clean and the service is really nice and they are fast. Have fun.”

“Sun light hours, this is a neighborhood bar with 50% of patrons being regulars. Staff knows everyone, and it's very welcoming. Come at night if you want a good drink and a loud dive bar. Pool table, golden tee, and they just added 2 dart boards. Live music a few nights a week. Cheap prices here don't mean cheap drinks.”

“The outside of the building still has the name Ding Tea but the interior is much different than the other locations. When asking the staff they mention that they're rebranding to Monster Boba. The shop has a large seating area for those who want to study, catch up with friends, or enjoy their drinks. The menu is listed above the register, the sizes are reg. and large. I chose the brown sugar boba beverage which was a perfect amount of sweetness. The location gives a generous amount of drink to ice ration which was nice. The staff here were nice and I did have a minor issue with my drink cup lid not sealing correctly but immediately they were able to fix my drink.”
