We used to belong to the Rewards program in spite of spotty service because I liked the smoothies. The last straw was on 5/9/22 when the customers behind us received their large order before my husband and I. We sent an email on 5/10/22 and heard NOTHING. I don't understand how this place is still in business? I now go to Jamba Juice or Coffee Bean.
