“I got 2 huge quest crusted tacos, one chicken and one steak. Both were insane and fresh even after driving home 15 minutes. We also got 3 steak tacos and 1 adobada taco all tender and fresh. Honestly they gave us 4 salsas per person and every single one was amazing all together even. Enjoyed it here and all for $22 bruh I had to tip this was real food and real prices.“

“This is my first time coming back this tacos stand in over 7 years and this place did not disappoint at all, the tortillas are handmade store is delicious I like that they have a limited amount of meats meaning that whatever you get, will be delicious. People working they provide friendly and fast service. Location is as it should be for street tacos, it's just adds more to the ambience and experience of street tacos 10/10.“

“4+ Considered one of the best by many or at least one of the most popular taco spots in Los Angeles. They have a good variety of items and meats, but I would say they are most known for their al pastor (marinated, spit-roasted pork that is usually served with a slice/ chunk of pineapple). The service here is pretty efficient since they have to be - there's almost always a line. The vibe: depending on the time of day or night you come, it's usually a mixed group of people wanting to try this spot, people eating after a drinking session, or just people looking for decently priced tacos. One of the times I was here, I was standing behind Dante Basco (Rufio!), haha. Usually a fun vibe for sure. My usual here is two tacos (typically the al pastor) and a mulita. It used to be that there was a toppings and salsa bar where you would dress up your food. Not sure if it's because of the pandemic or people taking advantage and taking too much stuff home, you now have to go to a separate window to ask for the toppings and salsa and they're individually packaged. I definitely think this place is worth going for the al pastor. I myself have been here multiple times. Parking can be tough, but if you are going during the week there's usually parking along the street facing south on LA Brea right around the corner. Just be careful though as it is a relatively high traffic area and some people seem to drive recklessly in this area.“

Do not think of this pasta as of the regular bolognese pasta! It is not a red sauce based but cooked with a 200-year old family recipe! White sauce with ground meat and peas. It was divine! “Nice little casual place to grab a bite. You order your food at the food truck window and can go into a separate building to sit down. Tacos were tasty and the best part was having different topping options, a couple salsas, pickled onions, Cilantro, Radish, cucumber etc. We were on our way from Orange County up to the Bay Area and wanted to eat quickly to keep driving. Glad we stopped here as it was really close off the freeway.Carne asada and al pastor tacos were delicious. Also tried the suadero but they weren't really my thing. Would come again!“

“My boyfriend and I were in Huntington Beach for Labor Day weekend and before leaving we searched Apple Maps for a taco truck. This one was the first one that popped up & we went for it seeing that they had 4.5 stars on Yelp! Let me tell you, soooooo good! We happened to go on Taco Tuesday so they had a 5 for $5 special on the tacos! They're regularly $1.50 each which is still super cheap. They were amazing and will definitely be back when in the area! “This is one of 3 reviews, that will have the same introduction! I decided to do my own version of a "taco crawl" and tested out 3 taco trucks I've driven by and have been wanting to try out! All 3 are in the SGV, and I'm SO glad to have tried them! El Pastorcito Taco II is outside of the Arcadia Park off Santa Anita Ave & just south of Huntington Drive. Based on the name, Al Pastor is their specialty, so naturally I picked out the Al Pastor taco! With a smokey flavor, onions & cilantro and a nicely sliced piece of pineapple topping the taco, it was worth the $2.50 it cost, and was rich in taste! Staff here were friendly, though it wasn't a super busy weekday evening. No seating here, which is totally fine, and it is by a big parking lot, so plan ahead to eat in your car, especially since you want to eat it hot & fresh! No worries though, everything comes on a Styrofoam tray, works great! A decent variety of other items on their menu as well - definitely a go-to when I want to get some legit al pastor tacos!“

“I highly recommend. This is a great taco business. It is located on a corner and there is a several parking spaces belonging to the building they're parked in front of, very convenient. There is no seating area but they have a self serve table full of salsas and toppings to prep as you need. The lady taking the order is very friendly, very patient, that is very important to me. The tacos are small in size but the amount of meat inside the taco is decent. I recommend the buche, suadero, lengua and they used to have tripa but i was told it was not selling as much so they took it off the menu unfortunately. I've had their nachos and they fry their own tortilla chips and it's very delicious. This is definitely my new taco spot.“

“My coworkers had recommended this place after watching a Netflix documentary and let me tell you the story behind the restaurant is very heart warming. The food on the other is belly warming. If you come here the must is the carnitas tacos. Duh, simply the meat very tender and not fatty and the portions are big. I had two tacos and you can definitely make 4 with them and double it. The winner on the other hand I would say is the mafita. Pure hot cheesy mixed meat goodness. It's a giant carnitas taco with mixed meat with cheese. If you like coffee or a fan of tiramisu... then you would definetly like this one, nice and rich. Plus the crepe is made out of a different batch than the rest of them. This one is a coffee flavored. “Went around 8 pm. Wasn't busy at all, pretty lonely honestly. We found parking right away (it's street parking). What felt like 10-15 minutes after ordering we received our order. If we talk about presentation... from what I saw on Instagram honestly it disappointed me. But tasty wise, it was good. The best I've had? No but it was good. I would go back again. The papas preparadas were the best out of the three items we ordered.“
