As a regular customer, they are awesome. The morning staff and the night staff. Really cheap and close to my home. Been eating at this specific Burger King since I was little kid. Shoutout to the staff that always remembers to put the ketchup in my bag before I even ask them. As a rule, I hate to take fast food home! If there's a problem with the order you're in trouble and mostly it'll cool off. This time we had no choice and took the gigantic family meal home. It was fresh and delicious! And everything was there. We did have a mailer coupon, but we got 6 burgers and 3 fries for $20!!! What a deal. Last week we went to the arches place and had 2 tiny fish sandwiches and 2 small fries for $20!!!!???? Are you kidding??? For me it's Burger Kind forever!!

They put too much mayo on my impossible burger, the bread was wet and soggy. I had to throw my burger away, and this has happened more than once. The fries were fresh and hot. This location is in downtown LB, there are a lot of homeless people roaming this area.

no different from any other BK ive been to in the past 30 years of my life. I'm there because I'm hopelessly addicted to a specific menu item, regardless of its quality. If I could bulk purchase sweet n sour sauces from their source, I would never go to a BK againhowever, i will say if you are smart about using the deals and rewards and stuff, the mobile app is a lot better in terms of savings than mcdonalds or other fast food placesVegetarian options: They have that impossible burger. Frankly, still haven't tried it

Got an impossible whopper and it was still cold in the middle, like chewy and uncooked and absolutely repulsive. I love impossible whoppers but this place failed.

I got the honey mustard chicken wrap and it was the smallest thing ever. I have them before and they were never this small. For $2.99 each I felt like I got ripped off. The first pics are of the wrap I recieved and the last is what BK advertises.

This location is where food, bad service and brand Identity go to die!? COLD ? COLD Service Went to this location the other day, and they don't even have their store number visible on the receipt I was given, so I could even tell them directly how much they sucked.Ordered a burger and fries, items they carry and make om the regular. Asked for no pickles on my burger and add cheese. When I got my meal, the fries were dry and cold the burger was cold, and I even waited at the window and said these fries are cold. The rep never even looked back or came and asked me was everything OK.
