I ordered two combos, one with a regular fry and the other was waffle. I take it home just to find out there’s no waffle fries so I drive back to tell them they forgot my fries and the guy starts yelling at me saying he put the fries in there and started calling me a liar and starts laughing and tells me that I’m trying to get free fries. Like no dude, I just want what I ordered.
Alicia and staff the crew on 11/16/23 ? Customer service was perfect. I had multiple orders for me and my Coworkers. Even with 3 cars in the drive-thru...she was respectful didn't rush me and put the receipts in the bags of all the orders. All 4 of my orders were correct. Food was good also thanks to the cook.
