Food: 3/5 (had ribeye steak; was choice grade inferior quality & waiter overcooked 2nd steak). Banchan was below average. Service: Horrible! Ambiance: Nothing special and extremely noisy. Do not recommend; there are many much better options for Korean BBQ. Not sure why all the high ratings; maybe it's the robots?

The service is excellent and so is the food! There is ample parking space with good security. Our server, Nina was very attentive . Our cook, Neo, even showed us how to properly prepare a lettuce wrap. Highly recommended.

Expensive. They'll force you to get the bigger combo for 3 people just to provide you with the side dishes on the house. If you order a smaller combo, they will not provide. Side dishes are mediocre. Also, for three people at this place with tips, you're looking at $55-$65 per person. Really overpriced! Been here 3 times. We won't be coming back..

I've been here multiple times now and can confidently say that this is the best KBBQ spot in all of Los Angeles. Hanu has their own free private parking lot with security which makes getting there a breeze--unlike most other places in Koreatown that either don't have parking or charge very high valet fees. The service is also incredible! The robot waiters are always a blast and make the overall experience so much fun. Everything on the menu is delicious, especially the combo meals which come with so much food for very reasonable prices. The meats are very high quality--you can't go wrong with any pick. The sides are also amazing, especially the corn and hotpot bulgogi. We also love how at Hanu, the waiters cook your meats instead of you having to monitor the grill. It made our experience stress-free and allowed us to focus on our conversations rather than making sure the food didn't burn. Our waiter, Denton, was fantastic. He made our experience so fun and enjoyable! He joked around with us and created a very fun ambiance while also being super attentive. He also cooked all of our meats to perfection. He turned the 10/10 experience into a 100/10. I will definitely be back and hope that Denton will be our server again!

This place has really good service! My server was named Nina, she was very kind and attentive. She explained each side dishes and helped us cook our meat. The food has amazing quality for the price they have priced! A lot of free side dishes will come with any combo meals! Me and my boyfriend came here without expecting to eat so much Also its free parking !

One of the better kkbq places. Meat quality is good and banchan is phenomenal. They are very generous with servings in general. We got an XS combo with brisket, bulgogi and pork belly and it was more than enough for two people. Really loved the hot pot bulgogi, kimchi stew and meat pancake that it came on the side. They also have my favorite bean sauce that comes with lettuce wraps. Service was quick and the place was very clean.
