Came here for lunch with some coworkers. We were very impressed with the quality and price of the food. $14 for two entrees and noodles, and there was plenty left over to take home. The best thing about this place was the service, though. The woman who helped us was the daughter of the owner. She was very welcoming, explained the different foods to us, and even let us try them before making a decision. I really look forward to coming back!

Somebody needs to make room for me because I am moving in!! This was my first time trying Filipino food and it was amazing. I come from a very traditional Mexican family, so our cooking is really spiced, fragrant, and uses every single type of protein. I tried the chicken adobo and beef stew. It was phenomenal. We met the daughter of the couple that owns the restaurant. I think her name is Patricia and she was the sweetest human being on this planet. She was so attentive and genuinely cared about her food and her families' love for this place. What was amazing is there were people in and out of this joint it was never empty. We traveled from Long Beach and just happen to be in the area and I highly recommend if you're close by try it. And if not make the trek one day to try it out.

I didn’t know a place like this could exist in Los Angeles. My grandma passed away and I was told we wanted to cater Filipino food. I randomly came across this restaurant due to the great reviews (which is why I’m leaving a review, more people need to know about this place). WOW, the food is bomb. I didn’t know there was Filipino food as great as my grandmas. I went in to try the food we were ordering, from the monggo, beef, pancit bihon, LUMPIA with their own in house sauce, and egg rolls, it was top tier food and service. Everyone that walked in greeted Tita Lina and she was so sweet and kind. If this place was closer to my house, I think I would be going close to everyday for dinner.

The atmosphere doesn't wow you but once you taste the food then you don't care too much about how it looks. The main reason why you are there is because of the Filipino food that they offer and their is a variety of meals you can choose from.I went for the Longsilog which is Longgonisa, 2 fried eggs and Garlic fried rice. Longgonisa is a sweet red sausage which partner's really well with the other 2 ingredients, if you haven't tried this before I advise you to give it a go. I also had corned beef, Bangus (white fish) and Laing (taro leaves in coconut sauce). The dishes I had where cooked to perfection and transferred me back to Philippines and it tasted exactly how I remembered it to be when I was a kid.Highly recommend this place especially if you want a big breakfast that will last you for most of the day as they give a good portion for what you pay for.Parking: There is some parking outside the restaurant. Sometimes it gets really busy so you may have to find out when they are not that busy so that you get a parking spot.

Holy Filipino deli heaven. I am so so so happy to have popped in here for lunch during my LA trip. Came here with a dining companion and we each got the 2 side combo plate - it was probably enough to feed us for two meals but it was too good we each finished our plate. I got the beef calderata and pork adobo along with a rice/pancit combination. The calderata was so savory and flavorful - the adobo was little bit on the salty side but oh so good and fatty in the best way possible. I had a taste of the kare kare and it was so good it almost brought tears to my eyes. I opted for the adobo because it seemed "healthier" than the kare kare but I think next time I'm in town, I'll go ham on the kare kare. I was also able to try the Léchon that my companion ordered and it was so light, crispy, and just so delicious. The sauce that accompanied Léchon was also to die for. I loved how sporadically they shouted to the patrons, we aren't fighting - this is how we talk! Welcome to the family!!! So sweet and it made the dining experience special like we were in someone's actual home. Such lovely people and food - I wish them all the business and best for their future.

I am so so so happy I found this place after nursing school clinical last weekend. We were searching for food in the area as we were SUPER HUNGRY for lunch. Everyone in there made you feel like family. I got the bistek, pancit, & rice. The combo is reasonably priced at $12.75 with huge portions! The flavors of each of the dishes really stood out and made me want to come back for more. I was fortunate enough to meet Tita Lina and she recommended trying her turon as well. Which, no surprise, was delicious and perfectly sweet. I will happily come again to this cozy little spot in LA.

So good so comforting, feels like getting an invite to the Filipino homies family party. And staff is amazingly nice, laid out the options for me and offered me a sample since I said I didn’t know much about it. I loved the pork belly and the sweet pork get the rice and noodles too. And it’s so much food for so cheap like this is gonna last me multiple meals!!!
