“Best Carnitas, awesome customer service, very attentive, and very quick. We love coming here to enjoy with our family,Highly Recommend Carnitas El Momo in Monterrey Park!Parking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Definitely a kid friendly placeWheelchair accessibility: Yes”
“We tried the diamond set. The meat quality of the 1st round was really good. But the quality of a5 wagyu was not as good after the 1st round. Sweet shrimp was not that fresh, and the steam egg portion was too big. The wagyu sandwich was not good at all and way too dried. Overall, it was a great experience.”
“This was a delicious! We had about 6 dishes and we couldn't agree which was the best. The tea leaf salad was perfect. I loved the stream bean with palartha (bread). They must make the tofu in house because it was magical, smooth and delicious. Everything was flavored to perfection and the service was fantastic. I am a vegetarian and they were very accommodating about leaving fish sauce out of the dishes. It felt like being at a family friend's house.”
“This is our second time here and the food was just as good as the first time we went there. It’s my husband’s favorite spot for beef noodle soup. The pan fried buns were crispy on the bottom and soupy on the inside (perfection). Try the honey green tea! It big enough to share between two people. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for delicious Taiwanese food! They also have a nice parking lot (unlike most places in LA).”
“Easy to use touch screen to order. But tap and pay took multiple times before it would work. Wasn't super sweet even though ordered that way. Wasn't a fan of the cheese foam, too salty.”

“I've visited this place several times because my husband and I craved Taiwanese food. We don't have a place that serves proper Taiwanese breakfast in DC, so when we visit LA, we try to fit this in when we can. Of course, it's not as good as Taiwan, but it's enough for us to satisfy our Taiwanese breakfast cravings!”
“This place is amazing! The owner was extremely friendly and the food was some of the best I’ve had when it comes to breakfast burritos/quesadillas. I’m from riverside but I will definitely be making the drive back!”
“Taken a few friends here as they heard of this place being so good. I've been here before on a dumpling crawl. The pies here are filled with meat packed with flavor and juices. You'll have to vent the pie before biting into it or risk squirting your neighbor when the juices escape the pie.”

“I’ve had Gram Cafe in Tokyo and was so excited when I learned LA has a location now. I honestly came in with very low expectations because usually chains that expand overseas never taste as good as the country of origin. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how well made the souffle pancake was! It’s so soft and fluffy. I highly recommend!!”

“This place is great with lots of food options and it's self serve so you can grab your own meats and veggies as you can choose whatever and how many you want. They offer alot of meats and veggies and well kept in fridges. Been going to this place and enjoy it, will return once again soon.”
“If I could eat here everyday I would. These are my favorite types of sushi restaurants to go to. Simple but far from ordinary. No frills, no heavily sauced California rolls, or flashy items just great quality sushi made as traditional as possible. Everything (that I tried) was fresh.I’m so glad that I found this little gem on this side of town. I’m coming back ASAP to try the rest of the restaurant. If you’re looking for a place to try real sushi, I would definitely put this on your list.My favorites from my visit were the Live Sweet Shrimp (fried head), Uni, Toro, Salmon Belly, Yellowtail, Scallop handroll, and the salmon collar. Like I said, I’m coming back to eat the rest.”
“PLEASE come here!!! The owner deserves the world, he’s so sweet and helped us navigate the menu. I am coming back because he’s so nice. The broth was delicious. 10/10 :)”
“Such an amazing boba spot! It’s in the inside of Marriott, but don’t let that scare you away. The workers are incredibly kind and the drinks are great. Everything that I tried was delicious and I love that they offer samples! I recommend the purple rice coconut milk.”
“A locals’ favorite so make sure to come early at weekends. It’s great that they still have the traditional carts but with some new fusion dim sum options as well!”
“What can I say about this but it's an absolute hidden gem if you are ever around the area you should do yourself a favor and try "the handmade noodle spicy beef stew" it's the best I have ever had !This amazing place is CASH ONLY!! ? it's so worth the money .Parking: It's Snug”
“This is THE place to get popcorn chicken in the 626! I've been coming to P P Pop for awhile now and I have yet to have anything I didn't like. The popcorn chicken serving here is huge, and the chicken is really moist and flavorful. I get mild spice and it's pretty spicy imo! The beef noodle soup is also a favorite of mine. I love the chewiness of the noodles and the beef chunks always fall apart. The drinks are served in huuuge cups so that's also very worth the price. Service is always great and they're very comfortable speaking English.”
“The food was delicious. We ordered 2 chicken tender combos with Buffalo sweet potato fries and chocalte curly fries. They were so good and the chicken was so crunchy! I also got a blueberry lemonade which was also good. It didn't have blueberry chunks but did have lemon wedges.”
“Upon seeing the monstrous wood fired oven, you know you are in for a serious pizza. We had proscuito and calebrese on one pizza we ordered. Tremendous. Beautiful color, chew and char on a crust that proofs for 36 hours. Thin enough to fold, but sturdy enough to hold up the toppings. So much flavor comes through from the fire and smoke of the oven. You can tell the dude man who was running the front of the house has serious love for the place. Very sincere, very authentic. This is not a whatever pizza joint. “Unfortunately, they skimped on the amount of meat and the size of the sandwich. It used to be a place that served a bigger portion that went hand in hand with the price. Now it's quite the opposite. It seems that being an old go-to restaurant has now become another restaurant trying to compete with the Joneses. They need to bring down the price to match the portion size.”
“Cook's tortas just added gourmet tacos to it menu , the best tacos I have eaten , after many years of enjoying all different types of tortas at this place , now having gourmet tacos its a very delicious addition.”
“The fried chicken here is pretty good, but it's not out of this world. I'm not a big fan of fried foods, but kids usually love fried chicken and the kids definitely ate this well. :)”
“Very yummy churros / desserts! We've only tried this place once when they newly opened. It was yummy, and worth trying once. My kids loved the churros and finished it so quickly.”
“Food is delicious and portions are generous. The beer selection covers a nice range of tastes and the off menu desserts are amazing. The ambiance outdoors is relaxing and refreshing with plenty of seating. The service is always warm and inviting. I wish I could buy one of the Brew t-shirts worn by the servers.”
“The noodles they serve up are pretty generous, no denying that. But gotta say, feeling a bit let down by the skimpy meat portion. On a happier note though, the soup packs a real punch in the flavor department!”
“It's been awhile since I've gone to these classic Cantonese restaurants. Usually I would go to these type of places with my family because the dishes are meant for family style. I was able to check out this place with a group of friends. We rented out a separate room for the large party. We got their set menu that included 10items for $658: appetizer combo platter(5item), Peking Duck, baked truffle oil lobster with noodle, mixed seafood crab soup, scallop and shrimp corn, snow pea leaf with golden crab meat sauce, Chiu Chow style steamed whole black cod, filet mignon cubes in black pepper sauce, and Taiwanese style BBQ eel top on sticky rice, sesame rice ball sweet soup. They gave us tanyuan in sweet egg soup as dessert as well as the passion fruit jello. Overall, I think the quality of the food was pretty decent. I really enjoyed the food here. It's definitely on the expensive side. They also provided really good service to us. One of the waiter Vin Chee even performed a small magic show to us at the end. He's an aspiring actor from Singapore. My overall experience was very positive. We stayed from 12:00 to almost 3:00. I would bring my family back here. Also, there's a lot of celebrities that eaten here. I think that's pretty cool.”
“This place has got to be one of my favorite restaurant I've found. Their House special fish fillet is just like a gift from heaven. Something about the combination of savory, umami, and a bit of sweetness in the sauce makes the dish irresistible. Service was fast and efficient. Ambiance is ok.”
“I can't remember how I found Nha Trang Restaurant, maybe it was an online review or a reddit recommendation but they were absolutely right on the quality of Vietnamese food here. The best Bún bò Huế noodles we've ever had. The pork blood tofu was plump like a water balloon, fresh and nearly tasteless - no hint of blood at all. The noodles a round rice noodle and the spiciness was light.Weekends offer the Pho Ga, chicken pho. Slightly sweet with medium wide rice noodles. Tender chicken, possibly poached and then shredded slightly.Did I mention the free complimentary fried pork spring rolls hot from the fryer? Delicious.Service was cordial. The atmosphere was inviting.”
“Christie provided exceptional service for my birthday celebration, making communication fast and easy. My friends and I were impressed and will certainly return for another dinner celebration.”
“Did not know this place existed. I've been to the driving range multiple times and this is the first time I see this place. Service is quick, food is good but the best thing is their beer prices! No better way to enjoy golfing than enjoy a nice cold draft beer with a view.”
“Cream puffs from here were so popular before, and I haven't had them in a long time until my brother brought me here and bought a bunch of cream puffs. It was so yummy. For health's sake, I wouldn't eat this too often, but once in a while is ok!”
“Very nice Thai food spot with pretty sizable proportions. Very satisfied with their Chiu Chow noodles! Comes with salad/soup entree and a small dessert! Will return to try their other noodle dishes!!!”

“Ordered Large size pizza in 2-different flavors: Meat Lovers & Supreme. Actually it’s not much of diff in b-tween, except bell peppers, onions n mushroom, olives in Supreme. I prefer the Supreme w/ some moist juicy tasty bites from the veggies.Overall the topping is fresh which bring out a good flavor to it. Pizza dough itself is a bit too soft more like a bread, as I prefer a little more chewy texture. It’s 3.8.This is my very 1st time trying out based on my pizza searching when this local hole n wall spot pup up w/ a high rating score. It doesn’t even look like this business is open, as all the windows are closed, even it’s hard to find the entrance when there’s no Open sign.Cashier guy is not so friendly nor attentive. I imaging he’s from the owners family perhaps…(:”
“My first time here trying their food. Since I don’t eat too spicy, so I ordered the non spicy dishes. The fish head and tofu soup was very delicious and full of flavor, but of course lots of bones. Just need to be careful when serving the fish with young kids and seniors. The Yeung Chow fried rice had lots of shrimps, but no BBQ pork. It’s a little bit oily, but tasted good. Maybe I will ask for less oil if I order any fried rice dishes.”
“This sushi restaurant is a good place to come eat lunch or dinner. The spicy tuna roll combo with chicken katsu was delicious. The soup as well. The lemonade was good. But the glass water by itself was not so great to be honest.3 lemonade $7.50.Dinner combo was $16.95The food was was very good. I appreciate the service here.”
“Pretty good roast duck, crispy skin and very flavorful at least for the dark meat sections. The accompanying sweet soy and duck drippings compliment the white meat. The green beans were flash fried, giving them a slightly bubbly skin. While the soup dumplings were ok, they weren't nearly as thin skinned and delicate as Dan Modern Chinese.Service was fast. The atmosphere was casual.”
“From the moment I stepped in the door, the service staff greeted me warmly and provided me with attentive service. Not only were they professional and friendly, they were also knowledgeable about the various items on the menu and made several amazing recommendations for me. The store environment is clean and tidy. Personally, I recommend their crispy salted pork knuckles. It’s really delicious with that sauce. Overall, this dining experience was quite good. Recommended. The price is pretty good too. None of the dishes are special, so you can order whatever you want. The only thing is that their rice rolls are only available in the afternoon. I went there late this time so I didn’t taste it.”
“Plenty kinds of noodles. It's authentic restaurant. You can pick up the slides and take out. The flavor of tomato soup is rich and sweet. The beef inside is soft and tender. And the volume is soooo big and full. The lamp kebab is also good. The dining experience is good and the food delivery speed is fast. The environment here is clean and bright. It is a large noodle shop with many types of soups to choose from, such as braised tomato soup with oil, pork bones and golden soup. waitYou can choose the type of noodles from thin noodles to wide noodles similar to shaved noodles. There are also a variety of side dishes and drinks to choose from.Tomato Beef Noodles have a strong tomato flavor. There is a lot of beef and it is very tender. The overall portion is so large that two people can eat one bowl. The oil is a bit oily but very fragrant. The mutton skewers are very fragrant and the dipping sauce is also very fragrant. The environment is very clean and bright, and the food is served very quickly. Recommended”
“Not much space to sit inside. Most seating is outside under a tent. I can get by with that because I enjoy their food! I really like their Yang Chow fried rice and their soups! I would always recommend this place.”
“Food is great. There's a good variety of ingredients you can build your soup from. I will warn you the soup is HOT, make sure to let it cool or you might burn your mouth. Over great place.”
“The best skewers ever. We drove seven or eight hours from Northern California to eat. The ingredients are fresh and taste great. There is a man who looks like the boss and is very nice. We were served quickly knowing we were hungry. Thank you for the delicious food. See you next month.”
“The food is good, depends obviously what you try. The food is warm and there is a variety to try. The workers need to be called to get the bill. They do have chicken feet, octopus and many shrimp dishes. They give tea and water to every table. Finding the restaurant is complicated and you have to follow the sign outside.Wheelchair accessibility: Not friendly for people with disabilities.”
“This place is tucked into a small plaza right next to the Courtyard Marriott hotel. We went here twice in three days. We were a little skeptical at first because of the review but the food is superb and is traditional spicy Hunan cuisine. If it matters to you - no MSG used in the dishes, you can tell. We had stir fried cauliflower, diced frog, pickled green beans with minced pork, stewed red chili tofu, all were tremendous. Portions are good and not stingy.”
“This place is still KING of the sliced means (I tried Miao Yun, VERY GOOD, one-stop-shop for all your hot pot meats) but this place still has a better quality beef slices. I will give credit where credit is due. This place has been cash only for years and years, Miao Yun opened up in this plaza as their competition and took credit cards, Deerfield Garden took notice and also started to accept credit cards. Their meat is priced reasonably similarly (just a little bit more) but I found that little extra in the price you are getting your value for sure. The meat definitely tastes fresher and the cuts aren't as fatty. They're a lot more consistent here in the beef slices. Miao Yun sometimes is very fatty to sometimes less fatty, every day is a little different. Neither Deerfield Garden or Miao Yun are bad choices. If you're looking to save a little money and not have to go to 99 Ranch to pick up the rest of your hot pot fixings, Miao Yun, they're perfect. They also have a wider selection of weight to choose from, so you're not stuck with just 1lb or 3lb of meat. You can easily get 2lbs if you want. They're very flexible with that, Deerfield Garden on the other hand isn't flexible with its weight. If you're looking for a high-quality hot pot experience with high-quality cut beef or meats or making a meat dish that requires sliced meats, go to Deerfield Garden- their meats always make my hot pot taste like it's from an expensive hot pot restaurant. Maio Yun meats taste more in line with 99 Ranch, with a more made-at-home flavor and quality to it.”
“The Mushroom orange chicken changed my life. I am healed. I am rejuvenated. I am inspired. In all seriousness, I wasn’t expecting such a vegetarian menu but I loved it.”
“Just wanted to try a new boba place and came across them on our way home. Service wise very accommodating 10/10 really. I believe it's a family owned business. They're all sweet. Ambiance wise it's giving a rodeo vibe. Really cool :)Drink;~ Avocado Smoothie (10/10)you can really taste the rich avocado in this drink also it did seem as if they added two whole avocados in there! We're loving it!~ Mango Coconut Smoothie (8/10)a weird combination I must say but according to my father in law it was actually good. He gave the rating.~ Strawberry Matcha Latte (4.5/10)Not really a fan. Maybe because the strawberry overpowered all the other ingredients that it tasted sour but not. It's a weird flavor for me.”
“Came here on a late late night and the owner was sooo nice. I think most people come here for the hot pot, but we only came for the skewers for a midnight snack. The skewers in general - 8/10 I really enjoyed the seasoning and texture of the skewers and there was nothing wrong with the cooking of it either. I'm just not sure if it's worth the price you are paying for. Cucumber salad - 6/10 it was really just average. The subtle technique of crushing your cucumbers to release more flavor and the seasoning of the salad itself made it taste better than normal, hence 6 instead of 5. Eggplant - 6/10 kinda just a roasted eggplant with seasoning and garlic. I enjoyed eating it. The staff and owner is really nice and the food is decent. Therefore, 3 stars + 1 sounds fair to me.”

“Wheelchair accessibility: My husband is in a schooter. No one help him to open doors. He is a disabled vet. They should have a button to open the door. The door are very heavy. I will complain to the person in charge of handicapped rules and regulations.”
“Wonder employees and they do their best to make sure everyone is happy and taken care of.Wheelchair accessibility: Everyone is able to come inside and enjoy themselves. There's a place for everyone to walk in or even roll in. Wheelchair ramps and walk raills are added around the place.”

“Best tempura and sushi. Service is very nice. If two people use only one table, it seems to me not enough space on the table and no space for your bag. But I love this restaurant. Food is good.”
“LOVE LOVE LOVE their green onion chicken rice. Go early bc they will get sold out quick daily. My bf usually goes and orders 2 just in case lol. They have bfast combos from 7am-11am for $12 you get a drink and 2 selected items which is a pretty good deal. Their pan fried noodle roll w/ mixed sauce is also one of my faves. This place is fairly small with a few tables and high tops in front. The waiters are pretty attentive. There's parking in the back.”

Its one of those restaraunts that is more than the sum of its parts. This place has vision and heart and you see it, feel it and taste it.”
“My go to place for lava cakes. Flaky, flavorful and their egg yolk lava cakes are wonderful! Taro, green tea, any thing you can't go wrong! This place is located in a small plaza but there are plenty of parking. If you visit during office hours and before lunch you'll find street parking in front of the plaza so no issue there. The place is very small inside, not much seats but you can always go to next door cafe or boba place if you want to enjoy both lava cakes and boba teas. The staff members are always smiling and welcoming so that's also a plus!”

“I've been coming here for a long time and let me say - one of my FAVORITE go-to's in the area. The furikake ahi I crave at least once a month! I haven't ordered a bad item from here, and they always come for decent prices and a small, family-run vibe. There was ONE time where my food was late, and they gave me some desserts to apologize. I cannot recommend this place enough!”
“Went for lunch, all you can eat ?. I love their potatoes and gravy. The thin crust pizza. The sauce is just right. Not too sweet not too thick. They have fairly large selection. A nice salad bar. I went to Shakey's on Atlantic in Monterey Park.Vegetarian options: Pizza with no meat, vegi pizza, salad bar, spaghetti, potatoes, Macaroni salad, jello dessert.”
“Love small businesses like this, they really make everything fresh, feels like you're in their home.Chicken was great, fries were okay, coleslaw needed more rice vinegar kick.Prices are so reasonable, very nice people too :)”
“I must say, I dont eat birria tacos that much, but this was fantastic. Came here on a Saturday night and there was a line. If theres a line, you have to assume that its pretty decent. Since we were out in the area, we really wanted Chinese food, but this place just kept on calling our name. We got the tacos with cheese and the consume on the side. The tacos were so juicy and flavorful an the cheese was just oozing out of the tacos. The consume was salty and almost like a beef broth. 3 tacos were definitely a decent amount since we also ordered other food from a different restaurant. Like all food trucks, there is no where to sit unless its the sidewalk. They also have a variety of other options like burritos, tortas, and quesadillas if tacos arent your thing. Staff was friendly and everything was made hot and quick. It was so hot that my food was still steaming. Would definitely come back again!”
“Good sushi. Fair prices. Clean environment. As a regular traveler it’s nice to find locations like this where you can sit down and enjoy good service and food.”
“Very authentic chinese flavor. I ordered takeout from there on a rainy day. The lamp soup tastes pretty food! But the restaurant is very small so I probably wont dine in there.”
“The foods were awesome, and my favorite was actually the chicken skin and pork intestine. The pork intestine wasn’t smelly like you get from other restaurants. The flavor of the chicken skin was sweet and crunchy. The food got here very fast and we finished all the food within an hour. It is a great place to gather up with friends!”
“MOMO BAKERY is part of a large center with multiple good eateries. The center has a large free parking lot with plenty of available spots. The set up is like a regular Asian bakery - grab a tray and use the tongs to pick your pastry from the display case, walk up to the cashier and pay for your stuff. They have some not-so-common baked goods like moon cakes in a wide variety of flavors. They also have macaron ice cream sandwiches and SESAME ICE CREAM.”
“The 24-hr boiled Tonkotsu broth is very thick and filling, rich in protein and collagen. The braised egg is wine-flavored. The ramen is al dente chewy. The seating area is simple and spacious. Plenty of parking.”
“The ambiance is quite elegant. The children also love it, especially since they can make many dishes half spicy, which is particularly considerate for families like ours. Parents enjoy spicy food, but the kids cannot.”

“Food is always amazing however they did remove the serve yourself teriyaki katsu sauce. Service could have been a little better. Always homeless people right in front of this place asking. technically it's not their fault but there's constantly always different vagrants right in front.Parking: Always lots of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of accessibility”
“This Chick-Fil-A has consistently been the best in the area. It’s constantly busy, but the service is still efficient. I also have to commend the fact that the Operator here was sweeping the dining room area, just like any other employee. Seeing that from the leader is exceedingly commendable.”
“One thing you should know about me: I'm a certified caniac. Caniac member and lover. Been going to canes since I was a pre teen. Canes never disappoints and this trip was no different. Ooooo. I could eat it right now. I love canes. No understatement. Name a better fast food chicken tender. Canes is usually packed with a line, but the Monterey park location is fast and easy. always fresh and delicious too. Canes has my heart forever. Comfort food at its finest. And don't get me started on how good the sauce is. Yum.”
“Absolutely love the fast and unique service they have to offer! Very nice people! Huge thank you to the cook for the amazing grilled fresh chicken! Kenneth! And the manager Yaysi!”
“I’ve always been a fan of Yoshinoya and love their food. It’s always consistently delicious and hits the spot.I tried their boba for the first time time and it was really good. A solid offering from yoshinoya. I also had the large beef bowl with vegetables, clam chowder and egg rolls. A solid lunch experience.I’d definitely come back again to try their other menu items.”
“Ono's (Monterey Park, CA) Item: Chicken Katsu Plate | $14.00 | 5/5 Review: -The Chicken Katsu Plate here is a game-changer for its price. Each bite of the crispy, golden-brown chicken is packed with flavor and perfectly tender on the inside. The breading is light and crispy, providing the ideal contrast to the juicy chicken underneath. - Whether you dip it in the tangy tonkatsu sauce or enjoy it as is, every mouthful is a delightful experience. - Not only is the food exceptional, but the atmosphere at Ono's is also warm and inviting, thanks to the friendly and accommodating coworkers. Parking: Free parking available in the lot. * * * * * #food #foodpics #foodphotography #foodie #foodstagram #foodblog #foodblogger #foodiesofinstagram #yum #delicious #eats #eat #hungry #lunch #dinner”
“Love small businesses like this, they really make everything fresh, feels like you're in their home.Chicken was great, fries were okay, coleslaw needed more rice vinegar kick.Prices are so reasonable, very nice people too :)”

“I came on a Friday 20 minutes before closing. There was no line. They weren't out of anything. They still had products on the shelf. I got their Portuguese tart and their egg tart. I came in because it was on Instagram that there were lines out the door after thru were featured on Netflix. I mean, the egg tarts were good. I was turned off by the dark, burnt crusts. But biting into the tarts, you can't taste it. The egg filling was cooked just right. The flaky layers were very good. Was it the best I've ever had? No. It's comparable to most dim sum places I've been to. So, I happen to driving in the area but would I drive an hour to come here specially for these tarts, no. Service was fine. It wasn't great. The place is very small. You have to grab and go. There's no hanging around here.”
“Rarely is there a place in LA specializing in Shanghainese baked goods. I used to come here over ten years ago and loved the "Xiekehuang" or "hakowang" in Shanghai dialect. Reminded me of all the great stuff my Shanghainese dad used buy me in places like Shanghai and Taipei in the 80s and 90s. Life got in the way and just haven't been able to make it back to Dean Sin World since last week and I was so excited to take my 90-year old mom there for lunch. Unfortunately it's now only a take-out.It was always a tiny place with a few tables but COVID must have forced them to change. They must have discovered that take-out is a more lucrative business so is now sticking with it. But does the lady need to be so rude and arrogant? We still bought stuff to go but it was like she didn't want us to interrupt whatever soap opera she was watching.I noticed that, like many SGV Chinese restaurants and dim sum places, things are getting bigger not for the better. What used to be delicate pastries are now bigger and crude. Is it an American Chinese phenomenon? Bet you won't see it in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore or.... China.Five stars so it sticks around, improve and serve our culture right.”
“You go for the food! Very reasonable prices. Every dish we ordered was tasty. I'm told a husband and wife own and operate the kitchen and dining room. The server/wife speaks Mandarin and no English, so you'll have to communicate by pointing!”
“Haven't been to Half & Half in a VERY long time. Recently went back and tried a few drinks. Overall, the drinks are still decent. Boba is a bit hard though on my last (most recent) visit. Some things have changed compared to when it was at its peak. There's a small fee for credit card use and bags are not free (available with a small charge). No more stamp card. They did have free upgrade to large size on weekdays, but just found out even that has changed. Only Wednesdays are free size upgrade for walk-ins. No free upgrade for phone orders. Thai Tea Milk Tea - 4/5 Longan Green Tea - 4/5 Ice Milk w/ Caramel, Coffee Jelly & Boba - 4/5”
“Delighted! Glad that I ignored the rating and came try it myself. Hard to find an actual northern breakfast place. Flavor, offerings, and hours (open at 7a!) all match a traditional northern china breakfast experience. Self explanatory by the menu what crowd this restaurant is catering to. Come here and get some of your hometown flavor right in LA!”
“This is one of my favorite restaurants! My son and I love the food and all the delicious desserts! We visit this amazing restaurant every weekend especially on Sundays for brunch.”
“Food is not bad. Nice people. I honestly didn't know what I was ordering, but it worked out.Parking: Parking here is really a mess. There's 2 cars in the back corner, and I think they're the workers and owner's. Because otherwise, they're blocked in. If you have a truck or SUV, I suggest you park on the street. It's really tight in the tiny lot.”
“I can’t praise this place enough! The food was beyond incredible with a generous assortment of meats that left me absolutely satisfied. The pricing was unbelievably fair, and the service was impeccable. I’m already looking forward to my next visit - consider me a loyal customer!”
“It was my first time at an Everytable &I must admit the food is super delicious. The customer service is super friendly as the girls greeted me. I told them it was my first time & they gave me info on their subscription points. I will be coming back plenty of times to try their different stuff on the menu. Thank you.”
“It's so tasty here. The workers always greet you with a smile. And the location is very quiet unless it's busy. You can definitely have a great time with friends or family.”
“This place is really good. Service was great. I got the chicken bowl this time. Rice has good flavor, the chicken was cooked perfectly soft, tender and full of flavor veggies are fresh and not over cooked. Their pomegranate sauce and garlic sauce go perfectly well with the bowl.”
“I was pleasantly surprised by the tea menu at Twisteas. It's a small boba shop with an extensive menu that includes boba, sugar cane juice, and milk tea. I ordered the sugar cane drink hoping that it the same as a sugar cane juice I would get at Vietnamese vendors. However, I was pretty disappointed with the flavors. It's bland and not as sweet. I'm not sure if the drink was diluted down. The milk tea was flavorful, not too overwhelmingly sweet.”
“I placed an order for pickup and it was ready pretty fast! The guy on the phone was so nice. The california roll is one of the bests i've had, and you can tell they make it fresh!! The price is unbeatable, yall should definitely check this place out if you have been curious!”
“My go-to spot for some tasty pizza! Service is quick and friendly. I've tried their pizza, calzone, and sandwich which are all great. Makes it difficult at times to choose what to order, but I often go with the 2-topping mini pizza. Definitely worth trying!”
“Cook's tortas just added gourmet tacos to it menu , the best tacos I have eaten , after many years of enjoying all different types of tortas at this place , now having gourmet tacos its a very delicious addition.”
“Good sushi. Fair prices. Clean environment. As a regular traveler it’s nice to find locations like this where you can sit down and enjoy good service and food.”
“The fried chicken here is pretty good, but it's not out of this world. I'm not a big fan of fried foods, but kids usually love fried chicken and the kids definitely ate this well. :)”

“Everyone was very welcoming, professional, and Benjamin our server was great and attentive. Price wise little up there but reasonable, mimosas were awesome. Definitely coming back in the Spring/Summer.”
“We went here on Sat around 12:00 noon. The plaza is doing remodeling now. You only can take elevator to the restaurant on the 5th floor. You check in with a lady and she gives you a ticket with a number. You wait in the lobby till your number is called. The service is slow and you need to be aggressive to ask for food, and services. Overall experience is fun and food is good.”
“I finally made it! I'm glad they put one on the east side. Y'all need to come try this! We were seated immediately and served within 10 minutes.Ramen bowl and an appetizer $20 for lunch. The fried chicken appetizer was so juicy and perfectly crispy, not smothered in bread. The Tonatsu Ramen was so flavorful. I chose tofu. They added nice sized tofu pieces. The gyoza was tantalizing! It's difficult to stop eating, even when you're full.”
Yum.”
“The ambiance is quite elegant. The children also love it, especially since they can make many dishes half spicy, which is particularly considerate for families like ours. Parents enjoy spicy food, but the kids cannot.”
“This Chick-Fil-A has consistently been the best in the area. It’s constantly busy, but the service is still efficient. I also have to commend the fact that the Operator here was sweeping the dining room area, just like any other employee. Seeing that from the leader is exceedingly commendable.”
“Green Bay was playing vs the Chief and the atmosphere was amazing. Food was good and our server Michael was on top of everything we need. Thank you Michael and the team for your service.”
“It is a classic Hong Kong-style diner that's wallet-friendly and a neighborhood favorite. I've known JJ Hong Kong Cafe since early 2013 and just rediscovered it again! My boyfriend and I were looking for HK food and this restaurant came up on our Google search. Everything from the backdoor entrance to the window seat my parents and I sat before, the memories came rushing back! I'm so glad to see they offered all my favorites, plus, a wide variety of options from baked pastas to club sandwiches to sizzling pots - all of which reflect the mix of Asian and Western culture. We enjoyed 4 dishes: Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings 椒鹽雞翼, Salt & Pepper Tofu, Eggplant with Garlic Sauce 鱼香茄子, and New York Steak. We ordered to take leftovers home because we got too excited with the feeling of nostalgia. The portion sizes were generous, especially considering the reasonable prices. While everything wasn't mind-blowingly amazing, it certainly delivers great value for the price. I did wish the dishes were served at a higher temperature, or maybe it got cold pretty quickly because of the cold weather - not sure. The Eggplant with Garlic Sauce 鱼香茄子 was my favorite out of all 4 dishes - the eggplant was cooked perfectly soft and had a generous coating of the sauce. My boyfriend was pleasantly surprised at the New York Steak's portion and thoroughly enjoyed it! The restaurant is located right on the corner of Garvey and Ynez Avenue so you can't miss it. Parking is located in the back of the restaurant lot on Ynez Avenue. Overall, my boyfriend and I had a great experience and took note they are open till 1 AM Friday-Sunday and 12 AM regularly. We will definitely be back!”
“This is one of my favorite restaurants! My son and I love the food and all the delicious desserts! We visit this amazing restaurant every weekend especially on Sundays for brunch.”
“Not much space to sit inside. Most seating is outside under a tent. I can get by with that because I enjoy their food! I really like their Yang Chow fried rice and their soups! I would always recommend this place.”
“This is one of the closer places I could find 肉夹馍 rou jia mo (Chinese hamburger), so I stopped by and have a try. We just came back from a trip to Xi ‘A which is the birthplace of this food. The taste was ok. They added some chopped green pepper which I don’t think the authentic version has it. The bun is also a bit more burnt compared to the authentic version. Overall not too bad but just don’t expect it’s the original version!”
“This is pretty authentic dim sum, straight from Hong Kong. I’d recommend the Soy Sauce Fried Noodles BBQ Rice Rolls, Char Siu Bao, Custard Bun, and Xiaolongbaos. The service was pretty standard for a Chinese restaurant, so you’ll need to be proactive to get their attention.”
