Food was good and delicious. The service was a little slow but maybe because I went there 30 mins after they opened and there was already a crowd. I ordered the pansit malabon and halo halo. They were delicious and I wish for more toppings on their malabon. I would like to try more from their menu.

Great service, everyone is always so friendly! The food is always delicious. Whenever we are craving good Filipino food this is our go too. We also order here for our parties too!!! Give them a try

Good food but hard to make phone orders. Tried to call on different times but no one is answering my calls. Went to the resto personally and it's not that busy.

The price vs ratio of what I paid for is horrible. They said the tray is good for 4-5 ppl... it was hardly a tray... it's more like a to go container you use after a party. The portion I got was only good for my first born. I know inflation is in effect but come on now, this will hardly feed two ppl at best! 4 if w are feeding 5 year olds! If they offered me the real tray, I would have been ok to pay the extra $10-$15 for an actual tray. The bibingka is great, but none of the ones I got this time around had no salty egg on top and I don't even understand why give that coconut especially if they seem to have squeezed the gata out of it. It has no added value to the dessert. Don't think I will be patronizing this place again.

My family loves their bibingka. Ordering online made it so easy to place my order. Great service!

Mom pre ordered the pork bbq and the pansit malabon. Onsite decided to order the lumpia Shanghai and the white puto. The food was still very warm when it got home so our guest started with the lumpia Shanghai as the appetizer. Someone immediate said it tasted weird. The meat was sour. Another person tried it and confirm it didn't taste good. I tried it and the lumpia tasted sour so we took it away so no one else ate the bad lumpia. I picked up a pork bbq and it smelled funny as it got close. I took a bite and two to see if only the ends were bad. Two other people tried the pork bbq and concluded the meat smelled. My mom called Manila Sunset, spoke with Anna, told us to bring back the food after we told them our experience. We went back after 2 hours and brought back the remaining food in the photos. Anna greeted us but stated she cannot give us a refund or any resolution because the owner wasn't there. She said why didn't we come sooner. Well we don't live across the street and we had to buy El pollo loco to eat during lunch so that took time. We asked Anna for a refund for the bad food brought back. She didn't even try to call the owner, but kept stating we have to wait until the owner returns on Monday. She offered a store credit, or a food replacement, but again, not until Monday because the owner has to decide. She asked us if we wanted any other food. I stated we don't want food from the store after tasting the bad food. She stated she has to have someone try the food if it's bad. Does this mean Manila Sunset recycle their food? They want someone to taste the food we brought back and after informing them the meat in the food were bad??? I told Anna I will post a review in yelp. She said why do that!?!Allow them to rectify their issue. But we have to wait on Monday for their decision. What is there really to rectify when the food is bad??? We returned the bad food and we want a refund, but all they did was give us credit to force us to spend in their store. Poor management, bad food now.

Today 10:45 am, I drop by to they’re branch 9516 sepulveda blvd, north hills 91343. I ordered 2 bibingka, 1 pancit malabon, 1 halo halo and a big crispy pata(one size) only, which is quite expensive, but it’s ok I can afford it. After 45 minutes all my orders were ready. I’m excited about the crispy pata but to my surprise it looks like it’s overcooked because it’s a little bit burned. I can tell because I’m a cook and I know if it’s overcooked or not and the result? It taste bitter because it’s burned from the deep fryer. As for me no problem but they insist that that’s the way they cook. OMG I was astonishedbecause how could that be their standard, it has a bitter taste. I believe no human being would like that kind of taste. Quite upsetting. I just told them if they keep on doing that they will lose valuable customers like me. So I’m rating them 1 star for their attitude. Thank you. Hope this will be published…….

Still my favorite place to get bibingka! It's light and fluffy with a little cheese on top and slightly toasted. Sarap! Eat it for breakfast or dessert anytime of the year!

Their bibingka is delicious! Custard like texture and sweetness is just right. Pansit can use more vegetables and meat toppings.Their mungo and the tortang talong were tasty and flavorful. The torta was a bit oily, but overall the dishes were tasty.

The atmosphere feels like home and the workers are all very kind! I ordered take-out for a group of four and got the food pretty quickly! I’m pescatarian and the fried bangus plate was fantastic, with a great crispy texture. I will definitely come back again when in the area!
