Over the weekend I placed an online order for my son's birthday party. I received confirmation and nothing seemed out of the ordinary. When I called later to try and move up the delivery time no one answered the phone which should have been a big red flag. Alas, the pizza never showed & my sister drove down to investigate only to find out that the doors were closed and locked and no one was there and there was no note. It is completely unprofessional that there was no notice or explanation or anything. Thank goodness for my sister's quick thinking and the nearby Domino's that saved the day. We did find out the next day that their ovens were down and apparently the computer system was down as well. I am supposedly getting reimbursed shortly, but with no other compensation or apology. Either way, a lot of people were left inconvenienced and ultimately I'm just rather annoyed and don't think I'll be bringing any more business here.
