I have been patronizing Green Street with a group of friends for years. This time I was shocked by the increase in prices. A simple sandwich was $22. One egg was $13.95 Even the famous Diane Salad lunch size was increased with added charge for larger ones. Also, the parking lot fee was increased. We enjoyed our lunch but not the bill. we will consider a different restaurant for our future gatherings. Linda Deutsch

This is our “go-to” place in Pasadena. We shared a Diane Salad and a bottle of Cambria Chardonnay. Always FANTASTIC. Our server, Jaz, was excellent. She was extremely courteous and helpful.

Service was limited and fair. Any item requested would come about 10 mins late. Food is very average. The Diane Salad has good flavor but to much oil. The steak sandwich is hard to chew Parking in the area is very expensive and no validating of the ticket perhaps next time will go some where else.

Service was not great. The waiter did not check on us at all during the meal, and he forgot several parts of our order. When he went back to get an order of garlic bread, it was cold, and had to be reheated. Usually the service is very good here.

A large party arrived at the same time we were there so it threw off the operation. Cold fries served with sandwich, another toasted sandwich had gotten soggy from sitting for so long. Disappointing for what it usually good

A reliably good restaurant, with very good food and excellent service. My low rating here on the food pertains only to the special St Patrick's Day corned beef, which was mediocre.

Found Green Street Restaurant on Google while looking for a place to have lunch in Pasadena. We were served by Joe who took such great care of us. Food was delicious and came out hot, Joe kept our drinks full. Big fan. Will definitely come again next time I’m in Pasadena.

Highly recommended. We have been going here for many years and it's easily one of our favorite places for a casual meal. They are frequently busy and might have a wait. The salads are great, and a “large” is enough for two to share. Weekend brunch is also popular. It's consistently top quality food-in all these years there was only one time that I felt disappointed by a dish, and that item has been taken off the menu. They're a casual place but a bit upscale. They have a bar, though I am not a drinker and can't offer any opinion about the drinks.

I met longtime friends, whom I hadn't seen in years, for lunch. Our server very kindly allowed us to spend about three hours at our table without bothering us any more than we wanted. It was a great place to spend that time, and the food was terrific.

Food was good as usual. This restaurant has maintained food taste and quality the same over decades. Food prices has increased dramatically here, as everywhere....$20 dollars for burger or sandwich. I am blessed where I am in a position to pay for quality and service. Unfortunately, at this visit the service was very poor. The bus person was the one really serving our table. Our server had no personality and was just going through the motions....something most people wouldn't stand for at McDonald's.

Green Street consistently serves delicious food, generous portions and outstanding service. It's popular so there is a good bit of ambient noise around you, but it's still fine for carrying on a conversation at your table.
