Workers are very rude and do not provide simple customer service. Have to wait till someone has the time to take your order and still gives you attitude. Multiple incidents where workers are rude and not helpful whatsoever terrible place DO NOT EAT HERE!

Please explain to me why do we have to pick a number and place it on the table, if no one from your staff will deliver the food to the table, what is the purpose? The order has a number and you can use that number instead of a table number. We ended picking up the order ourselves. Also, no napkins, no ketchup, no straw were provided had to ask for each item. No attention of whatsoever was needed. The food was great; however, it is noticable the absence of a staff member filling up the necessities of the client. Won't be back there. South Pasadena has great service.
I got charged twice for the same order on the app. The thing did keep freezing up. A few hours later, they did credit me back, though.

Terrible, I went to McDonald’s having to wait in a 30 min drive thru to kids laughing all together in the camera atPeople coming in , this is unprofessional n ridiculous. The food was unorganized in my bag to Top it off! Very OFFF
