We ordered the (1) signature beef noodle soup, (2) qinghai clear cold noodle, and (3) cucumber salad. My favorite was surprisingly the qinhai clear cold noodle. (1) Signature beef noodle soup ($14.50) There were four options for what type of noodles we wanted in this soup. We chose the chewiest type which is called "knife cut." The overall flavor of the soup was good, but the chili oil was doing a lot of work. Also the knife cut noodle was great in texture, but I actually didn't love them. I much preferred the cold noodles that we ate instead which I found out is not an option you can choose. I actually probably wouldn't order this item again I would try something different. (2) Qinghai clear cold noodle ($10.80) I really enjoyed the flavor and the type of noodle selected. It was what brought me the most joy from the three food items we ordered. Definitely order this one! (3) Cucumber salad ($7.50) This was a refreshing appetizer. It was interesting how they combined the cilantro and cucumber together. I really liked the sauce it was covered in. Overall, I return to try the other plates and noodle options they offer! Also, it's wonderful that it's located on Colorado street where other businesses are right next door.

Our favorite! This place runs a tight ship! It's perfectly consistent every time and you never have to wait long for food. The food is Taiwan level incredible. Beef noodle soup and beef roll are the stuff dreams are made of.

Glad we stumbled upon this place on trip. It's a no frill kinda place with quick service and good food. Their noodles are chewy, soups piping hot and delicious! Price is on point for a hefty bowl. Ordered the signature and spicy beef. Signature soup was tasty & on lighter side. The spicy beef was the bomb. The soup packed a punch and beef was so tender. The hardest part was choosing the noodles. Everything looked really good! I ended up with the thickest noodles. Boy, they were really thick in a good way. Skip this one if you're not into doughy noodles.

Portions here are huge! I always get the tomato egg noodle. Cucumber salad is heavy on the garlic, but I love it. I've had friends get spicy soups, and they've said it's not very spicy but that it's still pretty good.

This was our second visit. The first time my wife and I shared a beef roll pancake and the spicy beef noodle. The food came out surprisingly quickly, but we did arrive early for dinner, around 5:30. The second time we came here, we had the same thing on a Saturday, again early dinner, no wait time. Both times the beef pancake was an awesome mix of savory-sweet and just the right amount of crispy and chewy. How do they do that? The round noodles in the spicy beef noodle in my opinion were better than the flat noodles, texture and flavor wise. I will be back but will try something else next time.

We came on a Sunday evening and had to wait about 5 minutes to be seated at a full restaurant. We got the beef pancake wrap,Qinghai clear cold noodle and cucumber salad. Pros - I do not like typically like Chinese food as I find it often greasy but it wasn't the case here. everything was good. I don't have Chinese food often so I don't have much to compare it to but we both enjoyed everything. - prices were reasonable Cons - Parking is a hassle if you've never been to Colorado street. You may have to walk a few blocks. Overall - 8/10

I love their food, very much to the point , I always order the Chicken Noodle w/ Spicy Beef Broth delicious. The service can be better ; they can pay more attention to detail but they cool ya know. Ambiance - they can change up the music a bit haha

The noodles here are authentic, legit and worth every penny. We got the cold noodles, spicy beef noodle soup, and the shrimp chow mein and everything was amazing! The noodles were perfectly "qq" or "al dente and chewy" as some may know it. The cold noodles were not too salty or spicy and the sauce was so good I ended up pouring it on everything. The beef noodle soup was a good level of heat for mild but be warned it's spicy!! My favorite was the knife cut noodle chow mein. Perfectly wok charred and chewy. Service was okay, just basic but the major props go to the chefs who you can see working hard behind the glass. Everything is so clean and you can see them working hard at making the noodles and the occasional flames from the wok. The food comes out super fast too! Absolutely recommend if you want to try authentic northern Chinese cuisine and spices, just come with an open mind and know spicy means spicy!

Braised chicken noodles were simple and delicious but the giant chunks of chicken and vegetables on top of a congealed wad of very long noodles, slick with oily broth, made the dish IMPOSSIBLE to eat with the chopsticks and spoon provided. The dish just doesn't make physical sense. Looking forward to returning to try the rest of the menu, because the flavors and service were great.

This place was just mediocre to me. Food wasn't excellent, but it wasn't bad either. Crispy tofu was the only dish I really liked. My husband thought the beef noodle soup was pretty good. I guess I m just picky lol

Very solid spicy beef noodle soup! It wasn't really spicy but the broth was super flavorful and the meat and vegetables only added to it. The knife cut noodles were abundant and very nice and chewy. It was a pretty good sized bowl. We also tried the beef roll and it was very, very good. I expected it to be greasier because of the pancake and sweeter because of the hoisin but it wasn't. It was perfectly balanced between meat, pancake and the scallions and cilantro. It even came with some chili oil to make each bite extra tasty. We really enjoyed our meal and are glad this place is within walking distance of our apartment. Everyone who worked here was very bright, cheerful and friendly, so the service was great.

Good food but why they keep coming back with my bill asking us to pay when we are not done eating nor near closing time? One big bowl of noodles w/ ribs requires extra time & efforts? Also, not pictured are lamb skewers and fried tofu.
