This establishment displays horrendous service and a deplorable attitude. Despite the food being quite delectable, I simply cannot tolerate the service provided. I was ordering and picking up my food when a white female employee at the door informed me that delivery personnel needed to queue, insisting I wait 20 minutes before I could receive my order. Such service is unacceptable!

This place has been my breakfast spot for a while. I am not a big waffle fan but I tried the big one breakfast option with the waffle and after that I've been hooked on their waffles . So delicious ?.The staff is always welcoming and nice. There's always a long wait but it's totally worth the wait for me.Parking: You can park in the parking structure right off Union. Russell's offers validation for this parking area only.
Always classy with the classical tunes in the background. The service staff is consistent and friendly and has been for years, which now we've become regulars for them. Always friendly smiles and coffee refills, with the food promising! Even as basic as it sounds, the Cesar salad is so yummy. Their breakfast hits the spot. We usually go savory, and if my diet allowed it, id totally go for the cinnamon bun. It's essence captivates the breathing space.Lunch wins too though. Their burgers, croque madam and messieur...And it's true, the crowds get overwhelming, but with proper planning, it's never a fail. And they always accommodate. Thanks Russell's for pulling through years on end!

Love love love coming to Russell’s! We always stop here for breakfast while on our way to our destination in L.A. Food is taste and made to order. Coffee is delicious, even the ice water does not taste like tap water! It’s been several months since we’ve been here since we live in Riverside County. Delicious menu options, you will not be disappointed.
