Once again they nailed it. Food was great. Ordered the street tacos and the potato taco, perfect. The habanero avocado sauce that comes with the potato taco is Fire. The staff is great, and you can tell they love working that their restaurant. Love this place.

I got the shrimp Diabla tacos and my wife got the Chili Relleno a la crema. Both were FANTASTIC! Oh and if you are an horchata fan, this place is for you!SUPER friendly staff, awesome space, a must stop for anyone passing through redding and looking for dinner.

Get the Shrimp Diabla Tacos. Just the right amount of spice. They are so so so delicious. The service is spot on and I love the decor.

Went there today, a lovely rainy day. Was seated next to a window, my friend and I enjoyed seeing the outside activities. I ordered the Casa Rios Chicken Bowl. Grilled chicken, very fresh greens of red lettuce,a deep purple lettuce, radicchio, spinach, grilled chicken, black beans, a crispy tiny rice noodle, and more. Guacamole on top. Fresh chips, a bean dip, plus a red dip was tasty. Restaurant was clean, service great..can't wait to try more offerings. My friend finished her selection quickly. I brought home my huge dish and will have two more lunches.

Pretty good food! If you buy a drink, likely it will be a short pour and difficult if any alcohol was added!!

we use to frequent this restaurant every single day until we shopped around and found that other Mexican food restaurants in town did not charge for chips/salsa like casa rios does. casa rios will provide one side of chips and a TINY salsa for free that's complimentary, but if you order anymore, they will nickel and dime you. if you order take out, the amount they charge for chips and salsa is more than double what you pay dining in. When we had inquired about this, the owner told us that he was tired of customers trying to tell him how to run his business. we could sense his anger and have not gone back. it was a surprise to us at how he responded to repeat customers. many businesses and companies usually have a comment card where customers can make inquiries, suggestions and welcome customers feedback. at casa rios the owner gets offended if anyone even dares to inquire. there was a blonde Caucasian waitress with the owner and both of them did not make me feel comfortable. I couldn't believe what an attitude they had after being a regular there for all this time we've gone there. you would think they'd value their regular customers and repeat business, but they don't.

I was hankering for some quesabirria tacos and my go to taqueria was getting crowded. I decided to venture out of my comfort zone. Thank the Taco Gods for hooking me up with Casa Rios! OMG they were DE LISH!!!! I can't wait to go back and try some more. Make sure it was not a fluke! The service was great! The food was great! You can thank me later!!!

I was there for lunch right after Christmas. The food was delicious & plentiful. The tortilla chips were crispy & homemade and they were served with a spicy salsa & a bean sauce--very tasty! I had the carnitas tacos with the homemade corn tortillas. Our waitress was attentive and constantly cleaning....wiping tables, chairs & menus. The place is very clean. I always like to check the restrooms--if they're clean & well stocked, then more stars! Would have been 5 stars except our sides-beans & rice- were room temp at best. Lunch was not overpriced & good portions. Definitely going back!

One of our top three dine in establishments. We even pop in to take home some salsa and bean dip on a given weekday. The food is top notch, the flavors distinct and interposed with skill and craft. The service is unfailingly friendly and attentive. We love this place.Kid-friendliness: We have taken our kids there on multiple occasions with no problem. There is a kid section on the menu and we have not run into issues with small modifications based on finicky kid tastes.
