Regrettably, I neglected to capture photographs of the dishes, as my husband and I eagerly indulged in the meal. It made me jump in joy they relocated from Redding to Anderson, as it is now conveniently situated in close proximity to ME! We placed an order for three varieties of pupusas, a traditional Salvadorian dish. We ordered the Birria Plate and the Birria Burrito. The birria was exceptionally flavorful and tender, accompanied by homemade tortillas, a rare find in today's culinary landscape. The refried beans and Mexican rice was as good/or better than my mom's. That's says alot!!! The burrito was remarkably large in size. The owner demonstrated kindeness and provided outstanding service. It was evident that the food was freshly prepared, as the owner was peeling tomatillos husks to create fresh salsa. I would like to mention that their Horchata was exceptional. I am constantly seeking the finest Horchata in Shasta County, and this establishment undoubtedly surpasses all others. The only minor inconvenience was the absence of ice. However, since I was taking my food home, I simply added ice upon arrival. But Folks...do please come and support this new place in Anderson”

“Dinner date for our 9 year anniversary was absolutely perfect thanks to Mike at Cafe Paradisio! Everything was delicious, we had reservations and were seated immediately upon arrival, didn’t wait even 2 minutes for water and our drink order. I had red wine and husband had a beer both came out at the same time promptly. We ordered our dishes and while waiting for our meals we could hear other guests around us gushing in joy about how amazing their dishes were! Once ours arrived we dug in and then HAD to try eachothers too; both were above and beyond incredible! If you haven’t been you need to go! We will now be making this our date night place! “Almost evertime we visit Redding we make a stop at final draft. The burgers are 10 out of 10! I have tried a few different ones, and they are all great. Great fries, onion rings, and fried pickles too. Most importantly, at a Brewery the beer, I can't speak for all of them, but the few IPAs I have had there are really good. My dad loves their red ale. Always great service and food.”

We finally stopped the bartender and she went back to check... We watched plate after plate of food come out of the kitchen, she came and apologized, that had not put it in the oven yet. She bought us the next round, which was very nice, but, we waited again the game was now in the fourth quarter, and still. No pizza. We asked again, and this time, it was done, but had been sitting in the kitchen and served cold. I mean, cold. So, we ate, game was over and we left. Mad day perhaps, and that oversight created unhappy customers. That is why my ranking is where it's at. Pick it up guys, just a pizza!”

Service is on point. The guy I see here most of the time is always super friendly and conversationable.
Portions are great, food is awesome. I usually get the Greek salad for myself but I've had the gyro plate and desserts before, all amazing.

They do have a drive through.

No ked a point off atmosphere cause they only have outdoor seating and the umbrellas arn't always up. Redding heat can be a killer~

“Well this is a great place to meet all of your bread needs. They have a very large selection of all different types of bread that you will find at all the local grocery store but usually at a cheaper price. They also have a cool program that let's you get a punch card after spending $10. It allows you to get up to 5 free items off their discount rack. It's really a great value. They even offer a 10% senior & military discount. The staff is great too. I go there twice a month and spend about $100 for a local food bank, even though its probably a hassle when I come in they are wonderful. I would highly recommend this place besides your probably already buying their bread at the grocery store why not pay a cheaper price and get free stuff too. “Just went to Del Taco. Passing through Redding CA. First cashier argued about me saying I do not have the white sauce I ordered. Then the gave us both water instead of the Sprite we ordered. Went in to change drinks to Sprite, the place smelled like cat pics. My dad's chicken quesedilla was all cheese. Well, couple pieces of chicken. My fries were dumped upside down, burger smashed and the bag was wet. It was all so disgusting I couldn't even eat.”

Most all had crumbs on the tables & napkins on the floor. Looking further floor was in need of sweeping &;mopping. Salad bar was messy & in need of being refreshed. “All of The employees are extremely friendly! I went in last week and every single worker who I had an interaction with was so kind and helpful. One held the door open for me when I cane in AND when I left, the cashier was very friendly when I ordered, and the person who gave me my cookies even offered to help me out to my car because I have 2 small kids. I began in the food service industry when I was 13 yrs old and have worked in a range of restaurants (but most were in the higher end style). Every part of our experience was exemplary. Service was on point, attentive but unobtrusive. Food was equally impressive with presentation and flavor components. My Mom is not an easy guest, but she was satisfied with options and adaptability. Thanksgiving (as well as any "special holiday" is always a challenge in the industry.... Our experience was absolutely exemplary. I can not recommend Mosaic enough, it is now our "Go To" between Sac/Davis and the Rogue Valley.”
