“Came here to try a new place while passing thru Redding and now will definitely be back! The owners are very friendly and pleasant to talk to. My meat lovers omelet with fruit on the side was great. I liked that the meat was cut kinda finely so you get a dose of all the meats in every bite. I was surprised to see turmeric lattes on the menu, and I'm happy to report that it's a good one! I got mine less sweet (because I don't like really sweet drinks) and it was just right.“

“One of the best bagels I've tried. All made fresh on the day, they are so so yummy. My group was looking for a lunch spot going through Redding and we barely made it before they closed and it was so so worth it. I got a cranberry jam and turkey bagel sandwich and was top of the notch. The Avocado, tomato, and cream cheese bagel is also a delight. I regretted not buying a few more bagels for next morning. They do taste super fresh, soft and perfect. Highly recommend and get a few extra for next day! You can eat inside they have a super comfy sofa and seating, loooooved the decor it's so unique, and service was a 10/10 too.“

“I've been coming to Thai hut since 2019. They remember my name and my order. This place is amazing, I am vegan and they have at least a dozen or more options for me, with little to no modifications needed. They're always so friendly and professional. They are family run and their hours of operation are normal business hours, they started staying open until 7 recently which is amazing because I'm usually not getting off work until 6 so it's perfect for dinner time on those days when I'm too exhausted and hungry to cook. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who loves Thai food ❤️ they're the BEST“

This place was delicious and definitely, portions were good and the flavor was great. They even had a handwritten note on the poke which I thought was a great touch!“

Upon entering the facility me and my wife were greeted by friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, and extreme cleanliness. “We dropped in this morning 6/20/24 and had a great experience. The staff was great and taught me to like matcha… quite a win. The bear claw was divine and we enjoyed watching more being made along with the cinnamon rolls. Very worth the stop on our travels from Seattle area. Thanks!“

“We really like this place! It was easy to order in person and online. When we ordered in person, the person making our pizza asked if we wanted gloves changed to make our vegan pizza. It was so considerate and really appreciated! We tried the regular crust and the thicker one. We preferred the thicker one—the crust was perfect. 🤩 When we ordered online we also ordered it with extra plant based cheese and that was great.“

“We are from out of town and in Redding to visit family. When we got to the restaurant, it was a little bit of a wait, but now I know why. There was not one staff member that didn’t have a smile on their face. Everyone was so incredibly kind. Our 3yr old about lost his mind over the pancakes—we’ve never seen him eat so much! We all enjoyed our meals, they were fresh and fantastic. The energy in the restaurant is so cozy and welcoming, it was so clean, and the food was great. “I asked a local where I could get good real-deal Italian food and Nello’s Place was the only suggestion. Walking up, I thought that I was on the set of Goodfella’s. The atmosphere only got better inside. I’m on a work trip, so it was just me and they gave me a booth, careful not to put my place setting so my back wouldn’t be to the door!
The food was out of this world. Had the chicken parm and they killed it. Light breading didn’t over power the cutlet and the red sauce must have been Grandma Noni’s because it had a hint of briny flavor that you’re not going to get unless the chef really knows his stuff.
The staff was excellent; friendly and attentive . The ambiance right down to Sinatra and Martin just made it even better.
When I walked out into the setting sun I was disappointed to get into my Subaru because the only car fitting Nello’s place is a 1977 Cadillac El Dorado with room for six in the trunk!“

“We had THE most amazing experience at Mosaic on Thanksgiving Day. I began in the food service industry when I was 13 yrs old and have worked in a range of restaurants (but most were in the higher end style). Every part of our experience was exemplary. Service was on point, attentive but unobtrusive. Food was equally impressive with presentation and flavor components. My Mom is not an easy guest, but she was satisfied with options and adaptability. Thanksgiving (as well as any "special holiday" is always a challenge in the industry.... Our experience was absolutely exemplary. I can not recommend Mosaic enough, it is now our "Go To" between Sac/Davis and the Rogue Valley.“
