Which plan is best for small restaurants?
Our “Starter” plan works perfectly for independent venues with 3-50 seats. If you're a single-location restaurant with one dining room, the Basic plan gives you everything needed to manage reservations. The owner can handle day-to-day bookings while granting administrator access to your host or manager for floor management.
What pricing makes sense for bars?
Software for bars typically requires less complex reservation features but strong waitlist management. Our “Entree” plan works well for most bars. If you run a high-volume cocktail bar or nightclub with multiple sections, consider “Entree” plan for the shifts with filters and multi-hall support. Bar owners often operate with just owner and administrator roles. Also, most bars and nightclubs use certificates and deposits
What user roles are included in each plan?
Reservble includes three distinct roles:
Owner role - Full system access including billing, settings, integrations, and analytics. Can add/remove users and modify all configurations. Best for: restaurant owners, GMs, and executives.
Administrator role - Manages daily operations including reservations, floor plans, guest database. Cannot change billing or POS integration settings. Best for: hosts, managers, and shift leaders.
Analyst role - Read-only access to reports, revenue management tools, and sales channels analytics. Cannot modify bookings or settings. Best for: accountants, marketing teams, and consultants.
How many user accounts are included?
“Starter” plan: 1 owner + 2 administrators
“Entree” plan: up to 10 owners + administrators + analysts
“Pro” plan: up to 20 - owners + administrators + analysts
Can multiple managers work simultaneously?
Yes! Multiple administrators can use the system at the same time. Your lunch manager and dinner manager can both have administrator accounts and work different shifts with filters. All actions are logged in the employee action history so owners can track who did what.
I run multiple restaurants—do I need separate accounts?
One account can be granted access to any number of venues.
What if I only take reservations on weekends?
Our no-contract software model is perfect for this. You can subscribe during your busy season and cancel during slower periods without penalties. Many small restaurants do this to reduce costs. The free trial lets you test the system before your first busy weekend.
We're a fine dining restaurant with a sommelier—which plan?
“Entree” plan. Fine dining operations need customized restaurant profile features, detailed guest database notes (allergies, preferences, anniversaries), and revenue management for dynamic pricing. Your sommelier can have administrator access to see reservation notes, while your GM uses owner role to analyze basic restaurant analytics.
Can I start with Basic and add modules later?
Yes! Start with Basic for core reservation management, then add deposits module when no-shows become a problem, QR payments module when you want faster table turnover, or prepayments module for special events. Modules work with any plan tier. Only the owner role can purchase and configure modules.
