“Top 3 burger I've ever had. Ate there yesterday, May 9th 2026. Id give the food 10/10 stars. Making people stand in line for 20+ minutes to place an order tho: Service 1/10 stars. I'm more than happy to go to the counter and pick up my food, but with so many empty tables I should be able to sit down and place my order with a waiter rather than stand up after an exhausting day. The cashier that spends 5 minutes telling personal stories to every customer (while serving her friends in line food samples) should be out taking orders. Great burgers. Poor service.“

“This was a great stop for breakfast. The food is delicious. Unlimited Coffee. Very fluffy pancakes and delicious moist freanchtoast.

The seating is first come first served but you can also reserve.
It gets busy and the ladies working there are overwhelmed to a point of forgetting some items so bare with them. They came to ask whether we needed anything else, we said more water they took our glass but poor ladies were up and down in and out and they forgot. They probably need an extra hand or maybe they are extremely busy only on sunday mornings. If you go on sunday, make reservations or go before 11:00AM when it’s less busy.“

My husband (who is Mexican & lived in MX) is picky about his Mexican food--he had the Colorado & the Mole and said both were excellent!🥰 I'm vegetarian--They had a whole section of items for me to choose from! Having a tamale is extra special, and these were the best I've ever had! The server remembered us the second day which was just icing on the cake! Lovely experience! Highly recommend!“

“Our server grace was very welcoming from the moment we walked into the restaurant. She was attentive, talkative and made me and my wife feel really comfortable. Grace was also very helpful, as she helped my wife choose the cocktail she would prefer the most. I would definitely go back to the mount Shasta craft house and I would hope to have grace as our sever again.“
