Fantastic food and hospitality on a quiet mid-February night. Ale and IPA balanced and fresh. Elk burger and Smoked Salmon BLT were delicious. Really great food in an authentic setting.
Dropped in for a beverage and Mary Kate was amazing at helping us decide which beer to choose. She was super attentive, catering to our indecisiveness with patience and kindness. She let my friend and I chat for a while without making us feel we should finish up & get out. The beer was tasty, the building was warm, prices are good and plenty of close parking.

OK! Why after all this time mr Goog can’t come up with a way for us to split between a four and a 5?,like a 4.5 wud be my more accurate rating. Only subtract cuz they close TOO EARLYBeen passing thru FAV. CA town of Dunsmuir since before I hadda DL,1981? Stopping for beer there at least 12 yrs. Tho never ate. Hafto try elk burger nextime.
