“Situated just across from the Shakespeare Festival grounds, this Indonesian restaurant has an incredible and welcoming wait staff, along with plenty of seating. The drink menu is original, and the drinks we had were delicious. But the food was even better. The curry braised beef with 20 spices is something that I will definitely be back for, and the coconut chicken thighs were tender and perfectly seasoned.
I'm definitely coming back here - probably every day this week while I'm in Ashland.“

“Best sushi I’ve had so far in the Medford/Ashland area. I’ve been to Misoya, HIRO, and Tekkamaki so I haven’t been to all of them, but this place is great value for the quality and quantity of what you pay. Plus there’s a cute little sushi serving robot that is pretty great to watch roll around!

“We’ve visited Ashland many times with extended stays. Peerless is hands down one of the top restaurants. Super creative dishes with excellent plating that pull in unexpected flavor combinations. I lived in France a decade and became a lover of duck. My duck breast this visit was phenomenal! I had them swap potatoes for a carrot and ginger puree… whoa, incredible dish! Our table also had a halibut and lamb dish- exceptional. The resto is over on 4th Street, so out of the central area but easy walking distance.“

“When making the drive along the 5, I always plan to stop in Ashland to fuel the car then drive to Sammich to fuel my body for the rest of the drive. I have had several of their sandwiches from the board. We got Da Burg cheeseburger with everything and the Ashlyn turkey sandwich with cranberry sauce to try and scratch that Thanksgiving leftover sandwich itch you know you get once you think about it. Burger was great. Wish I wasn't driving so I could have had one of the beers they were selling. Reports on the turkey was that it was good but make the recommendation for a gravy aioli to complete the turkey day craving. We'll be back.“

“Had the Dragonfish soup that was very spicy, very oily but extremely different from all the other dishes I have had there. Secret menu dish - not for everyone but I feel like that soup cleared away any confusion regarding
my current state of mind. Must balance with rice to stay calm- an experience.“

“We stayed at the hotel so we came here often. Usually so the kids can have desserts, and the wife and i can have drinks while we play board games. Got diner here one night after a late outing. It was OK, served its purpose. Decently priced. The staff was very friendly. Let us hang out and finish our games even after they've closed up.“
