Oblivious as I am, when being asked if I preferred a booth or table the hostess was diligent about making sure I was seated where I would not be bothered despite my lack of awareness. She even asked twice as I did not understand she was specifying privacy or parade. I don't see that kind of effort very often these days and it was nice to see someone with that kind of forethought and integrity at their job! Yes, it was a small thing but I wouldn't have been happy to be bothered and it never occurred to me it was Saturday night and people were drinking there...Duh. I come here for the salads occasionally as they are a good deal for the size and have always been fresh. I was served quickly and all the staff were professional and kind! I do wish the lights were a little brighter is my only neg.“

“I have eaten at the central point. Location many times the atmosphere is wonderful. The esthetic is good. They've got some cool arcade games for the kids. They always ask you how the meal is.They're great I love it. Even ordering for delivery or pickup, they're awesome. Then, they don't force tips on you. They come to your door with a smile on their face. There was one time we forgot to hit delivery on our online order. And it was pickup only, and they still had a smile on their face.When we finally realized it and went to pick it up right at closing, they didn't even care.They were super nice about it. “I have been eating at Shinsei Sushi for several years. We live in Mt Shasta, and every Medford trip means lunch at Shinsei. The sushi is fresh and excellent. Service is very amenable. This is not a restaurant for ambiance, as it is a standard strip mall setting, but everything else is very enjoyable. This restaurant gets a lot of high 5s from many Mt Shasta, Ca. residents who make it a point to eat there.“

I had forgotten my purse after a stressful day. I didn't realize until I got to the wjndow. This amazing young lady told me not to worry about it and that she would cover it. These kinds of people are so rare and are so important to the world. I want her to know how amazing she is.
