Great empanadas! Caba has interesting flavors and they are really flavorful. I found them at the Thursday morning farmer's market in Medford.
This is one of those must try places. Signature empanadas. I'll suggest the Portuguese chicken.
We catered from Caba for our wedding and it was the best decision ever! We had many compliments on how amazing the empanadas were. Caba decently affordable, easy to work with, and absolutely delicious. We used to go on farmers market dates and get their empanadas back when they were a food truck so it was fun to have them at our wedding as well. BIG THANK YOU!

The quality of the food is consistently good and very tasty, with the staff being super friendly. Prices are fair for the quality, making these delectable pockets of heaven a must-try. While the restaurant could improve with a self-service station for napkins and ketchup, customers are generally very satisfied and plan to return weekly. Vegetarian options are available, and parking can be found across the street or at the library if street parking is full.
