Over the top customer service. My husband is so particular in finding a restaurant that serves high end mac n cheese and this place dose just that! I always take a bottle home from here because their sparkling roseś are just delicious. The wine menu here is not only local, but full of my favorites!! I love their whole menu honestly but I gotta say they’re something special about the homemade ranch!!”
“Bambu has become our favorite Asian restaurant in the Rogue Valley! Our meals were incredibly flavorful, the presentation, tasteful!To manage expectation, the meals may not arrive at the same time. But, the fantastic food mostly makes up for any food timing foibles.Their crabcakes are sensational! My husband had the baby back ribs, which he gave two thumbs up. I had the macadamia sesame, crusted halibut, with coconut cream sauce. I look forward to getting that again, and again, and again!We each got a flight of sake. I recommend doing that if you’re not certain which are your favorites.Lastly, I have food and seasoning allergies. I never know how a restaurant will respond to them. Our server was very respectful of them and the cooks created delicious dishes without the spices I cannot handle.Dietary restrictions: They were very respectful of my food allergies.”

“We like this location as it’s right down the street. I do have a complaint and suggestion below regarding fajitas. I was unable to find a feedback area on their website and the only way to contact them is by phone I would like to suggest to management to review how you are making the fajitas. Basically the grilled veggies are all onions with may be a couple small pieces of green pepper. The last three times we’ve ordered this, this was the case. A fajita should have a good amount of grilled bell peppers of different colors - not just a huge pile of barely grilled onions. If we experience this again I think we’ll be done with fajitas and that would be too bad. Thanks”

I love spicy and this place really give ypu spicy. But they do have mild or no salsa if you like. They dont put the salsa on your food they let you do it. All their salsas are on a table to serve yourself. I like that cause at some places they add it or not, but they dont give you a choice of different salsas like this place does. And believe it or not, some trucks charge you extra if you want any. They w I nt add it to your food they just charge you for the tiny cup of salsa that are not even spicy. This place does not do that. Their prices are a4e geeat and food is amazing.”

Then our app shows up, no soup or salad or bread sticks. Finally got two bread sticks for a party of 3 and they forgot the sauce we ordered. Barely got started on the salad and out comes our food. The staff was very sweet, but I have no idea what was going on. Whoever worked the pass had the timing all wrong. That being said, we still enjoyed our dinner together and will do it again.”

“Saturday April 20th 2024. Around 1:30 P.m.We love dining in this place food is always great and service is mostly good, however, today our server was very rude, and not helpful at all, we attempted to order a specific drink and she replied "we don't have that right now" with a rude tone, I then asked for a different drink and she replied to this the same exact way so I then asked, okay what do you have.She then opened the menu quickly and pointed toward the portion of it, were the drinks are and said "we have everything in there but that specific drink".Then when attempting to order food I asked if they had the "Hawaiian BBQ" dish to what she responded. "We don't sell that here" (with a rude tone of voice).I then proceeded to show her the picture that I was looking at (a previous customer's review/photo).And asked to order whatever that dish was.We are customers and might not always know what you have available or what the dish's name is, provide options, show that you are here to help and serv. As a person that is familiar with customer service this is totally the behavior that you don't want to have.I understand that some days we all might not be having a good day specially because the restaurant was busy but it's not my fault that you are not having a good day.Approach each customer with respect and make them feel welcomed otherwise they will lose interest in coming back because of bad treatment like this.Again, we've been here many times and never had received this kind of customer service.Our server had red dark hair and was wearing a pinkish t-shirt. “I have a rule. I'll try a place once. If I can cook a better of whatever I order, I don't come back. This is the first burger place, i'll be back for SURE. Walking in, I notice that it's a REAL grill. Not some insta press thing. I ordered the biggest thing they had. THE MONSTER BURGER!!! She proceeded to work as I watch to see what kind of frozen patty they were going to use. Yeah....to my surprise, she reached down, and got a ball of FRESH burger, and SMASHED it on the grill. WOAH....I thought, OK, they are onto a good start, at least they're doing that right.... The food prep process continued on with grilled onions, bacon, pulled pork, thinly sliced ham, egg, and all the goodies. Then the lady asked if we wanted fries. I thought, yeah, why not? Lets try their fries too. So, we ordered the loaded fries. Let me tell ya....Those fries, are worthy enough on their own to come back for more another time. Grilled onions, three types of melted cheese, and a perfect blend of seasonings make them some of the best tasting fries we've had outside of the house. I can safely say, that after almost a year of searching for a decent hamburger joint in Medford, we've finally found the only place we can call good enough to come back. 5 out of 5 stars.”

I got the filet mignon with the garlic topping, house salad, and baked potato. All of it was cooked amazing. We also got the Texas eggrolls and I wish I could get these in Ohio!! We ended up liking it so much we went twice in Washington and then found another one in Oregon before we flew back home to Ohio! We will miss you original roadhouse!!! After a very long drive, we didn't feel like driving any further and we were craving Chinese food, so we called and learned that they offered only take-out food until 8 pm, indoor dining after that, and they were open until 2 am. When we arrived shortly after 8, we were seated at a booth in the lounge while very loud, off key karaoke was being performed on the other side of the bar. We ordered garlic beef with vegetables and chicken with black bean sauce. Both dishes came with steamed white rice. The food was very good, although the chicken was described as prepared with onions and green peppers, and the peppers were actually raw green jalapeños. Most every dish on the menu was flagged as "spicy" and the chicken dish certainly was! We recommend the food, but perhaps takeout is the way to go here.”

“The dinner was great, everyone enjoyed their meal. They seemed to be short staffed and our food didn't come out at a good pace. We waited a long time, didn't even get a glass of water. Then our app shows up, no soup or salad or bread sticks. Finally got two bread sticks for a party of 3 and they forgot the sauce we ordered. Barely got started on the salad and out comes our food. The staff was very sweet, but I have no idea what was going on. Whoever worked the pass had the timing all wrong. That being said, we still enjoyed our dinner together and will do it again.”

“I checked out this spot a couple of times since it opened in a cozy lower-level spot, and the flavor profile delivered every time. On a staple signature night out even that is Medford's Third Friday, I joined a couple of friends for wine and appetizers here, and I chose the nonalcoholic rosé, which was delicious, and I appreciated that they had that option. My friends really enjoyed the wine selection; the in-house seasoned popcorn, which I got to try, had an interesting cinnamon-forward flavor. The food came out very quickly, it was in fact the server behind the bar who recommended the rosé to me, and I can't wait to come back here for the deviled eggs with the candied bacon accents.”
