“The staff is very friendly and attentive. On our way out the door one of the employees, she offered to refill our drinks for us before we left. Who does that?

As expected the food was good, consistent and plenty of portions.

We got a Chick-fil-A Chicken sandwich meal with waffle fries and lemonade and we got a 3 piece chicken strip meal with waffle fries and a cherry Coke.

“Absolute best Mexican food truck in town, hands down!!! All of their meats are incredibly well-seasoned, juicy, and cooked to perfection. Oh, and for the Trompo - they actually have a trompo!!
I've had everything on the menu at least once, and nothing on it has ever disappointed. Their ingredients are fresh, their salsas are to die for, and their prices can't be beat. I recommend this place to all of my friends and family when they want Mexican food. Hell, I eat here myself every Friday night. Even when they're packed busy, the wait is never long. The parking lot can be treacherous if you don't have a truck, but there is parking around the back of the building if you need to use it.

“Riley W. Is the best server I have ever had in my entire life. I'm telling you this dude was on it at every corner. He was super accommodating and would check up on everyone seated to see if they needed any refills. He even offered to help me throw away my trash when I finished my meal. On top of all this the food was amazing, you can tell it's made fresh. There was a super long line and after ordering I swear I got my food in less than a minute. “Passing through Medford and my daughter was craving Arby’s. Stopped by the one on Biddle and ordered on the app. They were understaffed so our order took a while but the 3 employees working were so friendly and accommodating and they added a little bit more meat on our sandwiches to make up for the wait (but I was unable to finish it due the extra delicious meat). This will be our Arby’s whenever we pass through Medford.“

“Hands down the best chicken in town. The breading, how juicy the chicken is, the hand made sauces, this place is a much needed oasis in a town of copy paste food. Where else are you going to get hand made honey mustard or dragonfruit sauce? And the coconut chicken is perfect, and you can taste how clean the oil is. Most places burn the coconut but this place knows how to do it right. The woman working was super nice, and the wait wasn't long at all. Once my wife and I started eating I dont think we said a word to each other until we were done because we were too busy shoveling food into our mouths. And we were stupidly happy over the fact that their diet soda option was Dr.Pepper. This place knows how to be original, and it makes you want to come back the next day to try something else. Absolutely delicious.“

“So love Five Guys it is great as long as you don't have a Peanut allergy as the fries are fried in Peanut oil, and there are peanuts to snack on as well. My burger was cooked to color perfectly, love all the topping options are free. I really appreciate that you can get A1 Steak Sauce as a condiment on your burger. I like that Peanuts are a free option with purchase and as many as you can eat. I love that the fries are freshly done from potatoes and they have where they came from. I asked for unsalted ones which they did. People working were really helpful, and very nice. So glad there is one in Medford!“

“We drive across town to visit this mod specifically! I have such a great experience everytime! The staff is super friendly and make me feel welcome from the moment I walk in. Especially Wesley and Cruz! They remember us every time we are there and chat it up. The ingredients were fresh, the crust was perfectly crispy, and everything came out fast, even though it was busy.
The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was upbeat, and the team worked together like a well-oiled machine. I especially appreciated how they made sure my order was just right before serving it and gluten free.

“This will be quick. I was babysitting. This is the seven year old favorite spot I had zero interest in cooking and so I got what he was having: bun less burger 🍔 We both got fries but my Cajun fries touched his plain so they weren’t fit for consumption according to him. It wasn’t horrible just not my cup of tea. I knocked off a few stars cuz why was this meal @$40? He got a milkshake yes but Lord. If he had a sibling, they would’ve been splittin that burger bowl! “I have eaten here twice since moving to the area. My first pizza about a week ago was bad, toppings were skimpy and the line was very messy etc.

Today my pizza was prepared much better. Granted they were less busy, I still felt the people working today did a much better job overall. Would upgrade this to 5 stars if my 3rd pizza here matches the 2nd.“

“Ino is the real deal! I didn't have a chance to try his sandwiches, but his empanadas are LEGIT. I tried both the beef and chicken; they were flaky and crisp, yet soft. The meats were juicy, tender, and packed full of flavor! The chimichurri was perfectly flavored and served with slices of pepper (a unique spin which I quite enjoyed). The french fries were also cooked fresh and were fantastic. Hands down the best empanadas I've had in Oregon. If you ever find yourself in the area, make sure you visit Ino the Argentinian!“

“My favorite Wendy's is at The Bear Creek Plaza with Jesse!!!!! However, I was illegally kicked from there on Jan 27 2026, when someone made a false report on me to the Medford Police Department. But, they didn't even read me my Miranda Rights lmfao. Anywho, I wish this store had a person working the first window! We need fast food joints with the menu before the speaker box, that way we have time to think, before we order. Also, when we have to pay at the last window, it's hard to speak to the worker and make sure they got your rewards and coupons! This is because they're also taking orders, getting your drinks ready, and gathering your food items. Plus, they have to make your frosty! It's not the workers fault. They're just short staffed per the Wendy's workers. I used to love this Wendy's. My granny Toni Ramsey, my daughter, and I, would always come here back when my daughter was a baby & toddler. Anywho, the food was cold yesterday, by the time we got home! I loved the new Girl Scouts Thin Mints Frosty, it is their best one yet! My uncle Terry got a free chocolate milk yesterday! “I love this restaurant and when it closed in Grants Pass I thought I had seen the last of it, but on a recent visit to White City I saw their sign and googled and low and behold there are two, one on Steven's Street, off Biddle Road, in Medford and on Hwy 62 in White City, plus two more, South Rverside Medford and one in Central Point. “Peter is a sandwich wizard! The Delta Waters location is the only one I will go to. Its unfortunate that Doordash automatically sends orders to the Biddle location. My order there was always wrong and I never was given the double protein I paid for and when id try to call they would NEVER answer. “We went into this location tonight (11/29) and one young male employee was the only worker. He was fabulous, he made great sandwiches and he was extremely friendly and kind towards our kids. This was the best Subway service and sandwiches we've had in a while!“

“Look, it's Taco Bell - I'm not going to go on about the subtle hints of seasonings, the textural contrast of a double decker, or the proper food pairing of the baja blast freeze (literally anything for those wondering). While the ambiance of fluorescent lighting bouncing off the purple vinyl booths was borderline ethereal, I just care that it has a place for me to sit quietly while my tastebuds relive my childhood cravings.

I will say however that the staff are what really make a fast food place, and the ones at this location have always been lovely to interact with. I wish them all success and happiness for the job they do. You'll forever have a special place in my heart for making me double deckers, even though they were discontinued (hooray for their limited return).“

“We used Ezcater to order lunch for our office and what a mess! The delivery driver gave us the wrong order and didn't confirm the address, so it created confusion in our offices with our neighbors.

The manager, Luis, was AMAZING when we figured out what went wrong and helped us make the best out of the situation.
