“Moved from Arizona and mostly only eat Mexican food have tried several places in southern oregon .. this truck literally hands down gives me all sorts of feelings..... the greatest birra tacos I've ever had ever !!! And their breakfast burritos are literally to die for ....The customer service is beyond amazing. I recommend 100 out of 10 this truck slaps on everyone I've ever had trying to make similar food ... literally nowhere else competes“

“I've driven by this place so many times and never stopped. But for some reason, I've been craving a torta. I got the torta loca with everything on it. When it came to the window, the guy told me to be careful because the container wouldn't stay closed, it was too big. Well, he wasn't joking. When he handed me the bag I was shocked by how heavy it was. I'm a big guy and I can eat but I was only able to eat half of it, and I'm absolutely stuffed. I will definitely be coming here again. The value is insane.“

“I just had the shrimp ceviche. It was absolutely wonderful. Flavor was perfect , not too spicy but spicy enough for good flavor. It was laid out beautifully on the plate with avocado and orange slices. the plate was since I took it to go. This will be a good snack/ meal for my friends when they come over. The owner and staff were so friendly and helpful. Everything I saw ordered looked fabulous! Looks like I waited too long to try this great place. I will be back soon!“

“Best taco truck in southern Oregon. I made it my mission to try each mexican food truck in Medford and this place blew my mind. The asada was flavorful and tender and salsa had a kick that would make the devil sweat. Juan Colorado is good business and I hope they are able to upgrade to a standalone restaurant soon.“

“I love this place for the price/ value, the quickness of friendly service and the large menu. The atmosphere is the only downside, but that's because it basically is a fast food/counter service arrangement. But great for 'take out' as they have drive thru and are quick with well packaged meals or items.

“They’re no longer located at the address that this Yelp has them on. They’re in the parking lot of American Wrencher Garage, across the street from food 4 less in Medford. The food is very tasty and full of flavor. The portions are decent and not outrageously big. My favorite item was the chilaquiles and the pancakes. “I drove 11 hours from Vegas and I was craving soul food! I walked in and Terry was closing up but he was gracious enough to feed me. I ordered Shrimp Gumbo and WOW, delicious !! TY! I also saw earring I want which I will come tomorrow early & shop ☺️. Looking forward to hanging out here when I come.“

“I work right across the street from here. EVERYTHING is so delicious. I have enjoyed the burritos, tortas, tacos, quesabirria, taco salad, Breakfast Burritos...GAH It is ALL so delicious. It is hard not to get food from there for lunch every day. The green sauce is sooooo good!“

“Was treated to the cheese enchilada meal for lunch, to be shared with my friend. The staff was incredibly accommodating. They added beans to the enchiladas as requested, and even offered to split the meal to separate plates to make it easier for my friend and me to share the meal. I love their sauces, especially the hottest one. It has a smoky flavor that adds yet another layer of yum to everything!
Being open 24/7 is such a benefit to us night owls and 3rd shifters!“

“Place looks interesting at first glance but oh man that chicken is good! Service was great, the owner was very friendly. You get a lot of chicken, clearly they use bigger chickens which was awesome! We got a whole chicken, rice, beans and tortillas with a cup of salsa. PERFECT MEAL!“
