“Place is poppin. Seems really really popular. It’s a small dive on a corner. Parking is VERY limited as well as seating. Portions are HUGE. There is a sweet older lady making fresh tortillas there while you eat as well. Chips are chips. Guac is made fresh in front of you. Beware, loaded with jalapeno. Bean dip was solid. Cheese dip was solid. Portions were large and delicious. The language barrier is there and caused some confusion with the dips lol.“

“I recommend the food, however DO NOT ORDER THE HORCHATA UNLESS U TASE IT FIRST!! I just had an order door dashed(4/6/26). I ordered a horchata with my rice and cheese. I was craving an ice cold horchata on this beautiful day. However thats not the case. The horchata has a very disgusting taste...as if it is old and sour. 🤢 The 2 sips i took, tasted sour with a funky, chemical aftertaste in my mouth....almost like a hairspray taste, on top of old sour taste. Yes, I took a second sip, after I shook the cup around to see if that helped....but there is a color separation...the top part has a lighter color than the bottom. That is not normal. Huge disappointment when u order something that you are looking forward to, and it turns out to be something you cant even consume. My advice to the employees, PLEASE TASTE IT FOR YOURSELF AND POUR OUT THIS FOUL HORCHATA AND MAKE SOME FRESH BEFORE SERVING THE HORCHATA TO ANY MORE CUSTOMERS!!“

“Wanted to show my girlfriend this chain because we don't have it in the mid west. She was quite happy with her quesadilla and steak burrito. I got a soft bean burrito, a bean crisp, and the Mexican fries (tots). The burrito wasn't bad but I much preferred the crisp. Would just get two of those next time. The Mexican fries were very tasty as well. Interior isn't anything fancy at all; exactly what you'd expect from a fast food place.“

Romulitos continues to impress! The recent remodel looks fantastic and has really elevated the dining experience. The restaurant is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming, which is something I always appreciate.

The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right throughout the meal.

I ordered the steak fajitas, and they were outstanding. The steak was tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The grilled onions and peppers were delicious, and the portion size was incredibly generous. In fact, I was able to turn one meal into three meals, which is almost unheard of these days.

The quality of the food, the quantity you receive for the price, and the overall value are exceptional. At $17, it felt like one of the best dining values around. It's refreshing to find a restaurant that still serves great food, generous portions, and excellent service without cutting corners.

If you're looking for authentic Mexican food, outstanding value, a clean and comfortable atmosphere, and friendly service, I highly recommend Romulitos. They have done an excellent job with the remodel, and it shows in every aspect of the dining experience.

“I went through the drive-thru. I'm certainly glad I didn't go inside. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito with no onion. The man that handed me my food was a sizable man, wearing dirty clothes, his bare stomach was hanging out below his shirt, and looked totally unkempt. I drove away from the windows, parked in the parking lot for a few looking for somewhere else to grab a quick bite to eat before getting back on the highway to drive the hour forty home. Needless to say I didn't eat the food I paid for. I know most companies don't think that people going through the drive-thru pay attention. That we come, place an order, and continue down the road. We'll that isn't normally the case. People do notice! We do care! I don't even know why I gave you a one star rating, other than someone did make the food.“
