“The Roseburg location has an owner that does not follow the franchise rules. She is rude and their employees argue with you about toppings which by policy are unlimited. We don't even get that many topping just extra cheese and honestly we its not extra. they barely put any own so we ask for more which would be considered normal at any other pizza place and they say the owner won't allow it. that is not the mod way. you have ruined MOD in Roseburg. Go to any other mod and they have music playing, they're upbeat, they smile, they joke around and they most assuredly do not treat the customers poorly. Do yourself a favor and skip this location. Medford, and Eugene are worth the drive not to deal with this place.“

“Frankly Frankie at this subway branch is one of a dying breed of men who are there for a complete stranger who is in there time of most desperate distress and need and almost hesitation-less he offers to help pay for the bill on witch we were a total of five dollars short cuz of a hold on our card from the gas station on our way to the hot springs. He deserves a raise and recognition for his actions on this day. Some come on down ppl and pay it forward because today would have most definitely been miserable for my wife and I had he not gone out of his way to help us!!“
