“Whomever is assembling burgers tonight at 6ish pm is killing it! Best looking burger I've had from Five Guys Roseburg. Fries were cooked well tonight (usually soggy), a tad over salted but well 👏 done. I've eaten at a lots of Five Guys in various states & have been waiting (and hoping) this one would rise to the occasion. Keep it up!“

“Today I went in for a late lunch and there was a very friendly and very sweet lady that rang us up. she was so nice and sweet and had very very wonderful customer service!! we haven't been there in years but decided today we would try it again. we were instantly greeted by the staff. The young lady ( I didn't get her name) that rang us up made sure we had everything we needed, talked to us with the most respectful, was super sweet, had a little conversation with us. I love seeing such great customer service!! I wish I would have gotten her name! She was there today (11/24/23 around 3 or 4 pm) wearing a blue shirt and a hat with tattoos on her right arm and had a lip ring. she was such a super sweet lady and such great customer service!!!“

“The food was okay. I think the groovy fries & cherry limeade were the best parts. The chicken patty was not the greatest and looked far better on the menu than it did when I opened the wrapper. The service was a 4 as the girl was really trying. The atmosphere was okay... it was clean, but lacked customers (during the lunch rush?).“

“The employees here are always super friendly and helpful. Inside the restaurant is usually pretty clean and nice and cool from the a/c. They have really fast drive thru times as well. I think the longest I've sat in that drive thru line is still under 10 minutes. And that's during their lunch hour rush. I usually go to this McDonald's like 3 times week. Yes that may seem like a lot to some lol but I only go for their French fries. And that's where the 3 stars for food come in. It's like a 50/50 chance that I'm getting hot and fresh tasting fries. I believe McDonald's fries have a pretty fast expiration. And after that.......😖 there's no reviving them lol.
Also I use the McDonald's app every time I eat at any McDonald's location. It is definitely worth taking the time to download it and get started. I'm always racking up points that I get to use to get free food. And the deals they have on the app are awesome! Definitely save u some $$. I would recommend using their app the next time u visit any McDonald's.“

“Even when a rush left them overworked, the girls in the front were on top of everything (Tasha, girl with gages, and Ashley) and incredibly polite, I hope they're recognized for this by their employers! Where most would freak, they stayed calm and even smiley!“
