“On this visit, I ordered the 4 piece chicken strip basket with ? fries, complete with grilled toast. The food was great & I was very pleased. Though franchise restaurants have the same foods & ingredients, only the ones with employees who have a good work ethic & make the customer's satisfaction their primary goal can consistently put out good food. I absolutely can recommend the Creswell Dairy Queen.“

“Just finished our lunch from Tailg8’s and the food was great! I wish I took pictures but we dove in and devoured everything. Chili fries and those ribs were AMAZING and our favorite bits. The Beast burger was juicy and delicious! We will be back!“

“We eat here about once a week. Today was the first day it was not good. We waited over 20 mins at 2:00 pm, it was not busy when I got there. No cars. The burgers were soggy and undercooked. I am sure we will go again, it’s just disappointing to throw away a meal everyone was wanting.“

The 1/2lb Jumbo patty was almost too much for me and they have one size bigger than that! “We got take out the fries we still warm and crispy when we got home. We got an order out the regular and one of the parm fries and they were great. The bacon burger had 3 half strips of bacon. Which took up all of half of the burger. It was a little light on the lettuce also. But it was still good.“

“My boyfriend and I are big foodies plus new to town so we’ve been going to new places. I had the grilled cheese and tomato soup special and he got the pedal burger. The dipper fries were yummy with a side of garlic aioli for dipping. The burger patty was clearly a frozen patty. I had the grilled cheese and tomato soup. Which i knew was campbells. “Taco Tuesday is ON POINT here~~ hands down the best tacos a Tuesday can offer. I've had tacos all over town and the Birria offerings far surpass most, if not (easily) all. The cooks have it down (there were 2 behind the scenes last week). The bartenders were super engaging and busy busting tail-- easily managing to keep up with all the drinkers, pool players and diners. Barkeep Michael greeted us the moment we walked up and kept us on our toes with his salty style of humor, sarcasm and sass. We felt very welcome and highly (happily) entertained and content. He made me the perfect $5 margarita, to boot. “My daughter and I came to Springfield to see the Simpsons murals. We stopped into CHOW for lunch. Friendly service, clean restaurant, good local beers on tap and amazing food. I've already raved to my friends here in PDX that if they're in Springfield CHOW is a must stop. We had the Mac and Cheese and The Prefontaine.“

The miso mayo paired with it was delish.The rolls were fluffy and yummy, but nothing really special. The truffle butter/honey it was served with, however, was incredible.Duck fat potatoes were solid and riiiiiich. The baked Brie came with hazelnut filled spicy truffle honey. Holy bazinga!The steak was perfectly cooked. Zero gray band, just wall-to-wall medium rare. Put a little truffle butter on top and you're eating food of the gods. “Seriously good burgers and fries! Bun...good! Patty....good! Bacon...good! Onion Ring...good! Fries.....goooooood! We really enjoyed our lunch in this little burger spot. The food came out pretty fast and was definitely hot. The fries were some of the best I have had in quite some time - so crispy on the outside but soft in the middle. Both burgers were well built, juicy, and massive. The staff was friendly. Even though one person was training the other (pretty sure it was her first day), they were still very attentive. We were there right when they opened, so we were the only ones there. They have plenty of seating and offer takeout. The dining room is clean and well kept. It's not in the nicest part of town but the food is worth it.“

The eggs, in particular, were cooked to perfection—something I've rarely encountered.I wanted to extend my compliments to Ethan, the chef who, in my opinion, elevated the entire dining experience. “Great mom and pop burger place. No gimmick just straight up solid, fresh burgers. Some great combinations and the shakes are good to.Service here was friendly and fast. I had it pretty plain, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and red onion on purpose so the flavor of the beef wasn't drowned out.I do need to say that their variety of burgers is pretty extensive. Their black raspberry milk shake was killer. I passed on the fries.Lastly, the burger was priced a bit on the high side.Opinions vary, and everyone has different tastes. This place is not quick in terms of making its food since there are often times they have to individually prep a single side item just to put on a sub.For instance, a fat shack (name of the sub), is a cheesesteak with chicken strips, jalepeno poppers, fries, and mozerella sticks on the sub which they make fresh for each sub which results in the food taking a bit to be made. Many of their subs are like this and in turn I would recommend you dont come here if you have a tight schedule. Only come if you have a bit of time to spare,“
