“We are yet to have a coffee at either of the Roseburg locations that isn’t AMAZING! The staff is always friendly, making every experience enjoyable. And, bonus! The Harvard location has gone above and beyond TWICE when we have arrived to the parking lot earlier than opening (we were patiently waiting in the parking area when the gal waved us over), and a minute after closing and the barista (who never said a word about our late arrival- we just noticed she had been cleaning up, and then the hours posted- oops) was happy to accommodate us with a smile. We appreciate you!“

“I was greeted with a smile from the bubbly & sweet new hire Lacey Lambert! So many times I’ve gone through stands and they forget to smile, she is a ray of sunshine! I ordered the Palm Beach green tea iced, extra sweet add blackberry & grapefruit….umm Yumm!🤤😍 So good! Just wish they would hang some bee traps to tame the pesky bees as I’m allergic! Other than that GREAT service & drink!😁“

“Went in as we were cruising thru to Washington. Great food. We all had breakfast. Biscuits and gravy was amazing. Bacon was top tier. Gluten free pancakes were great too. Waitress was super friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly throughout the restaurant. We loved our food and experience.“

“I just wanted to give a shout out to Ted W. I had to pick up 4 large cakes for our company picnic early Saturday morning. Ted was stocking nearby in a different department (I think dairy) but noticed I had been waiting a while. He asked if I needed help and after I told him what I needed, totally took care of me! The cakes were too many/too large to fit in my one cart, so he wheeled my cakes to the checkout in the bakery cart… all the way pleasantly chatting to me. Once I checked out, he the wheeled my cakes and loaded them in to my car. Amazing customer service! Thank you!!!!!“

“This is my local starbucks. They haves ups and down but they mostly make your drinks very well and very quickly. The people that work there are pretty nice!! PUMKIN SPICE FOR LIFE!!
Dietary restrictions: they have lots of substitute milks which is really nice for my dairy free people.“

“The employees here are always super friendly and helpful. Inside the restaurant is usually pretty clean and nice and cool from the a/c. They have really fast drive thru times as well. I think the longest I've sat in that drive thru line is still under 10 minutes. And that's during their lunch hour rush. I usually go to this McDonald's like 3 times week. Yes that may seem like a lot to some lol but I only go for their French fries. And that's where the 3 stars for food come in. It's like a 50/50 chance that I'm getting hot and fresh tasting fries. I believe McDonald's fries have a pretty fast expiration. And after that.......😖 there's no reviving them lol.
Also I use the McDonald's app every time I eat at any McDonald's location. It is definitely worth taking the time to download it and get started. I'm always racking up points that I get to use to get free food. And the deals they have on the app are awesome! Definitely save u some $$. I would recommend using their app the next time u visit any McDonald's.“
