Great lunch meal @ El Tapatio in Medford, OR.! 1st time patron to this establishment and I was very impressed with my meal! This restaurant was recommended to me. We were seated promptly, asked for our drink order, and given lunch menus. Soon after, chips & salsa/beans were presented. Delicious! Large portions with delicious flavors. We loved the bean dip with the chips, as well as salsa, which was not too hot nor sweet. The Pico de gio was oh so fresh. Sauces on enchilada and especially the large rellano were fantastic.. A cut above other area restaurants. The chili rellono was not too cheesy, just right , tasty cheese within, not at all greasy. Absolute favorite margaritas in Medford. I can't have just one. I love that they bring beans out with the chips. If you sit on the bar side though it's LOUD. The other side of the restaurant is best.
