“I've been a customer of Outsider Coffee for over a year now. Their coffee is delicious. Baristas are friendly. Plus, they offer keto coffee which I love.“

“I really love Starbucks and but fourcstars here because this is litteraly the only one in several in this city with zero toilet seat covers for customers which is pretty unsanitary, and one of their roll down sun shield is broken and winds down way past the ground and it's been like that for years? Also, they took out all the chairs and tables during covid, including the outside and now keep only a minimal amount and zero still outside.Seems like management here isn't doing some needed customer friendly things, in my opinion. All these things are not happening at all the other Starbucks, like five others in Medford.“

The negative: The staff aren’t as engaged with their customers as other coffee chains in the area. They keep their heads down and focus on working. I understand it’s busy but management could hire more people to help the current staff with their workload. It’s also possible to multitask and talk to the customers which I don’t feel is a priority.“

“I guess it's impolite when you're limited on money and spending over $5 for a small coffee, to not leave an average tip. The staff were quite rude and judgmental. The next coffee could have been a bigger tip girls but you wonder why your tip jar is so light? Always smile and say please and thank you and work for your damn money. You don't get an award for just showing up.“

Also, lots yummy treats like soup, fresh fruit, baked goodies, etc. I always stop here after my doctor or lab appointments. There are so many delicious items to choose from. Today I had the Veggie Delight on whole wheat with bacon added, and the Caramel Frappe (large) with 3 espresso shots. Yummy. I took it home to enjoy on my front patio. Lily is a lovely lady and has been at this location for years. Stop by check out this little café. It's not a sit-down place, but you'll be happy to take it with you. “One of the best salads I've ever had, hands down- tons of veggies, which is what I'm always looking for in a salad. The dressing was creamy and yummy, veggies and lettuce crisp. Definitely good quality food. It's served with bread, which was just ok. I like to order online as I only have a quick 30 minute lunch, and I was disappointed when the salad was taken off of the online menu because it's so much more convenient than calling when I'm busy. There aren't any spaces to sit that I saw, this is only take out.

“Staff is always friendly. I have a complex drink order and it’s usually right. However, even though I often order ahead from my phone, about 20% of the time they forget or screw up an element. Sometimes the coffee tastes burnt. The inside is ok, very plain, but usually tables are available. The tables often need to be wiped down. They removed the items from the condiment station, so you have to ask for items like sugar and half/half. Since they are always busy I find this obnoxious. I go less than I used to, it’s just not the same. I personally think Starbucks understaffs to increase corporate profits over customer and staff care. The people working there are always hustling to keep up, but it seems like its impossible for them to stay on top of drink orders while also attending to lobby needs, in-person customer needs, and the bathrooms. This feels like a pattern, it’s not unique to this Starbucks.“

“A woman with couple of passenger's in front of me took well over 6 minutes to place their order & she had already been speaking with Barista in line, it took WAY TOO long... more chit chat than ordering. Then when leaving woman in car kept stopping in front of me when I was leaving... I didn't do or say anything sitting there waiting for them to place order. It was Rude.“
