That said; this one is absolutely proper.The cake itself was dense, but in a good way, with a nice moisture level. It has the perfect amount of sweetness. Almost not sweet. The cocoa is quality. “Omg! We ate at Tartine's for the first time today. It was amazing. I had huevos rancheros with perfect potatoes. Not old and hard or greasy. Cooked to perfection. “This is the best coffee ever. I don't say that lightly. I've had it all Pete's, Starbucks, human bean, Dutch, outsiders, etc. NOTHING compares to Southwest. It is the only place around where my coffee tastes real and authentic and like it actually has genuine espresso in it. The customer service is always amazing. They never make my drink wrong. I drive over 15 min from my house and past all kinds of other coffee places to just get one from Southwest. It's literally ruined all other coffee places for me. I cannot recommend this place more!“

“Had one of the best lunches I’ve had in downtown Medford. A humble meatloaf sandwich with a fresh squeezed apple carrot ginger juice that were to die for. This was not the old school meatloaf I grew up with that was dense and over baked. Instead it was rich and flavorful but so light and melt in your mouth yummy. A tangy sauce on top, pea shoots, and thick sliced grilled bread made the heaven it was complete. A small pear and persimmon salad and lighter than air chips finished the take away. The juice was perfect as well. All food is takeaway, no seating. Highly recommend.“

The next coffee could have been a bigger tip girls but you wonder why your tip jar is so light? Always smile and say please and thank you and work for your damn money. “This is my go to Dutch bros location. Always stop at this one if I can regardless of where I’m going. Their morning staff are all so friendly and kind and they have fantastic memories. I have a few regular orders I bounce between and there are at least 3 staff here who know all of them from memory. Maybe that just means I come here too often LOL. But honestly the staff are part of why I keep coming back! They never get an order wrong either - in fact with me and my regular orders if I change it even just slightly they always catch it and double check to make sure they didn’t misunderstand or I didn’t forget something. Great staff and tasty drinks every time. The lines can be a little crazy if you hit them at the right time but sometimes the trade offs are worth it for me.“
