“I had a delightful jalapeno and bacon pastry yesterday that is worthy of taking the time to review with sincerity. 10 out of 10!! Creative menu, expertly brewed coffees, a warm cozy environment, plus wine, and more! One of the few places open late, but also is bumping in the a m. - I noticed business meetings happening amongst teenagers doing homework on their laptops and agree it has the right environment for this our community needed. Very excited to see some live music there and chill on the outdoor partially covered patio soon! This is a great place to stop in for a gourmet yet affordable bite to eat while you emerse yourself in and converse about the **NEW ART EXHIBIT!!** Tailholt Coffee Co. is now hosting one of my art exhibits, "Wonders of the Redwoods" now through April 14th with new artists being featured monthly. “This is a great place for coffee's, espresso's, tea's and smoothies. Location is conveniently located just off highway 5 at exit 48. Prices were comparable or less than most drive thru coffee places. They do have a punch card, so you can get a free drink after purchasing I think 10 drinks. Service and drinks are great. No disappointments here.“

“It is very good if you want a cheap drink if you want a recommendation I recommend the coconut kiwi rebel with unicorn blood drizzle(blended or iced) if you don't like rebels the raspberry green tea lemonade(blended or iced) is also very good

“Love the 24-hr Dutch Bros in Grants Pass! Even though it was raining, the Broista hung out by the open window and asked me how my day was going while the others made my drink. All the while playing great tunes, of course. Unmatched good vibes ?“

“Great tasting coffee and they do an actual brewed coffee. Most other places only have americano available, for me that's not as good as a real brewed cup of coffee. The workers are always nicely dressed and pleasant, no forced conversations here. I think the best part is the dressed up coffees still have a coffee taste.“

“I stopped by this Starbucks driving from Oregon to California. I expected a quick coffee order and off I'd go. But it became memorable because the barista was so engaging and so proud of his store. The barista told me about his store and we chatted about the products. I wish I lived nearby...I'd go often! I do not remember the name of the barista. He is young with short blond hair and I believe he will go far.“

“Met a friend here, it was surprisingly quiet which made our visit very enjoyable. Ordered a gouda breakfast sandwich, bacon was not cooked. Had to return and ask for a 2nd, hence the low rating on food and service. Things happen, I'll be back to this Starbucks and I'd definitely recommend the dirty chai ?

“Staff is always friendly. I have a complex drink order and it’s usually right. However, even though I often order ahead from my phone, about 20% of the time they forget or screw up an element. Sometimes the coffee tastes burnt. The inside is ok, very plain, but usually tables are available. The tables often need to be wiped down. They removed the items from the condiment station, so you have to ask for items like sugar and half/half. Since they are always busy I find this obnoxious. I go less than I used to, it’s just not the same. I personally think Starbucks understaffs to increase corporate profits over customer and staff care. The people working there are always hustling to keep up, but it seems like its impossible for them to stay on top of drink orders while also attending to lobby needs, in-person customer needs, and the bathrooms. This feels like a pattern, it’s not unique to this Starbucks.“

“I recently lost my daughter-in-law who left my 3 grandchildren motherless. My friends at Starbucks gave me a beautiful card expressing their condolences for my family’s loss. ❤️ You all are wonderful and this meant so much to me. ❤️“

“Great place to get a cup of coffee their coffee is wonderful. The drive-thru is kind of chaotic because you don't know if you're coming or going or where to enter from cuz it's a joint to another big parking lot to a doctor's office made it very confusing and I could see from other drivers it made them very angry and how to get around and maneuver the parking lot but other than that the staff was wonderful they were grateful and the coffee was really great, the only thing is I wish it would have stayed hotter it didn't stay hot very long I only had not far to go to my doctors and the coffee was not hot as much as I would have liked it to have been“
