Good coffee and time with family.
I was a regular at the Phoenix starbucks for about 6 months, it was on the way on my commute to work from Ashland. There I saw Jade most days, I recently moved to Medford again, so I thought I wasn’t going to get the pleasure of seeing her again, but now she is a Supervisor at this location!! What a lovely surprise!! Every-time I see Jade I know my drink will be perfect and I’ll leave with a smile stuck to my face. Keep killing it Jade!!!
They make the Best salted caramel cold brew in town. Coffee is always amazing and the service is fast and friendly. One of my favorite Starbucks.

The store has a welcoming vibe, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. The drive-thru service is impressive, with staff providing bright and cheerful experiences. However, some customers have noted that this location does not provide sanitary toilet seat covers and has not replaced patio chairs and tables since the pandemic. Overall, this Starbucks provides great service, a clean environment, and a comfortable visit, though there may be some inconsistencies with drink offerings compared to other Starbucks locations.
