Kalista I hope I’m spelling that right!) is truly amazing. Every time I walk in, she greets people by name, remembers their orders, and really makes sure you’re paying exactly for what you want. And if you don’t like your drink, she’s will learn how to make it right. genuinely cares about getting everything perfect, and that level of attention is so rare.

Starbucks Coffee Company is a location where the staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and sweet, creating a warm and welcoming environment. The team works together incredibly well, with everyone smiling and greeting every single customer. They genuinely care, remember orders, and ensure drinks are made correctly. Specific items like the pink drink, the pumpkin spice cream cold brew, and the pumpkin pepita loaf are noted as being amazing. The drive-thru experience is positive, with a clean parking lot and nice staff.
However, some customer-friendly features are noted as lacking. The location has zero toilet seat covers, which is considered unsanitary. A roll-down sun shield is broken and has been for years. Since COVID, all outside chairs and tables have been removed, and only a minimal amount are kept inside, which differs from other area locations. Despite these physical shortcomings, the consistent kindness and effort of the staff make visits feel special, leading many to call it their favorite location. The little acts of kindness, smiles, and consistency go a long way.
