I think it’s great that Medford is trying to expand by opening bigger chains and constructing them in a modern manner.But doing just that isn’t enough. I recently came to visit Medford and I was craving Chipotle.Came into this location around 4pm on Monday… and the employees just seem like they are not enjoying their jobs. Would have been great tacos had they not stuffed the top with very cold sour cream and salsa. Made the entire taco cold and unpleasant to eat. That was my first time eating chipotle and I won’t be back. Those tacos weren’t cheap!

Constantly out of the basics like veggies and guacamole. Employees obviously don't care. It's never clean and online orders are always slow. As of now waiting for order that was supposed to be ready 15 minutes ago...
