Buffalo Wild Wings Go and Jimmy John's Now Share a Roof in Florida
Floridians north of Sarasota can order chicken wings and a sub sandwich at the same counter.
Quality Foods Restaurant Group opened the first co-branded Buffalo Wild Wings Go and Jimmy John's on Aug. 18 at 5241 69th St. E in Palmetto. The franchisee runs three other Buffalo Wild Wings in Florida and chose fast-growing Manatee County for its game-day calendar, from high school football to Pirates spring training.
"We're giving this community something no one else has: two crave-worthy menus, one location and no reason to ever choose between them," franchisee Kenther Ramos said in a statement.
Customers use one entrance and share the dining room, while each brand cooks in its own kitchen. Jimmy John's also gets a drive-thru.
Both chains belong to Inspire Brands, the Atlanta owner of Dunkin', Arby's and Sonic. Inspire has already paired Dunkin' with Jimmy John's, and says the format lets franchisees cover more dayparts and build for less. Buffalo Wild Wings Go, the counter-service version of the sports bar, finished 2025 with 219 locations. Jimmy John's operates more than 2,800.
Other operators reached the same conclusion. Dine Brands counted 44 dual-brand Applebee's and IHOP restaurants in the United States at the end of June, with 12 more under construction. It wants 80 by year-end and says those stores average about twice a single-brand location's revenue. FAT Brands opened its fifth tri-branded Fatburger in April.

Buffalo Wild Wings is mining its own past too with a limited-time Throwback Menu that brings back Buffalo Chips, Mini Corn Dogs, Garlic Mushrooms, Hot BBQ Sauce, Beef on Weck Sliders and the Buffalo Zoo Cocktail. CMO Scott Nelson said customers asked for these items for years, and 2000s nostalgia gave the chain its moment. The chain tied the menu to a "Von Dubs" clothing collection with Von Dutch, whose trucker hats go on sale Sept. 21
The company answered to Buffalo Wild Wings & Weck until 1998, which is why regulars still say BW3s. It opened its 100th restaurant in 1999, and now runs more than 1,400 locations in the U.S. and abroad. Palmetto tests whether a second brand can stretch that math further.

Ordered last week for a wing&wing combo that came with fries. The wings were perfec and the fries was very good. I was not unaware this establishment also put salt and pepper on their fries without mention however. That is something that should be fixed. My service was good. I was greeted multiple time when I walked inside. The same happened when any one else came in.
A very nice female with purple in her hair greeted me at the register and told me my order was to be ready soon. It did take longer than I expected but the whole place had other customers inside so I can understand that. From the reviews it seems this place is doing much better. Will definitely return at some point.
