“What can I SAY, service with a s.ile is ALWAYS NICE and compared to the Human Bean that I frequently fly too, in an entirely different state/Town. Hands Down you guys were great. Exactly the same service I've been getting where Im from. Couldn't of been happier, wait Thats a lie I was ecstatic. W just completed driving around 500 miles with family in tow (6 people total), which so far knock on wood has been a joy. Any way we are away from Home, headed out for the 1st day of trio and..................We saw a human being that was pure bliss.“

“Well it has always been my favorite place to faithfully get my coffee drinks but this year seems every time we have stopped by to get a coffee they make it wrong or the hot coffee just taste real bitter and I like dark roast but we are talking watered down bitter yuck as if they've reheated it all day or maybe washed the machine wrong? and that's with the Carmel sauce, hazelnut and tiramisu :/ I'm sad, normally I don't complain but what happened! 😭

Update 2026: have started going again, my drinks haven't been made wrong and the baristas have been so nice. My go to is a extra thick blended Coffee (no chocolate syrup) with hazelnut and Carmel sauce. Finally got my drink down lol sometimes I add toffee. 👍🏼“

“I stopped by this Starbucks driving from Oregon to California. I expected a quick coffee order and off I'd go. But it became memorable because the barista was so engaging and so proud of his store. The barista told me about his store and we chatted about the products. I wish I lived nearby...I'd go often! I do not remember the name of the barista. He is young with short blond hair and I believe he will go far.“

“My husband and I were incredibly blessed by the owner of this bakery. Her authenticity and genuine compassion was so refreshing and it was a beautiful reminder of the good that still exists. The talent she exudes in her pastries is one thing but to top it off with being an exceptional human, is where I want to enjoy any sweet treat. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts...“

“I was at this location I think like 2 or 3 days ago I'm not to sure but the experience was great I was with my mom she was kind enough and treated us to 2 carmel phrapachnos size small hope I spelled that right and also a spinach feta cheese wrap with egg it was great then mom mom ordered a vegetarian sandwich that was also good cant Remer the name but my mom said it was tasty and we where more than satisfied we could only afford a one dollar tip at the time sorry for that next time we show up we need to try better than that! Also to the man that took our order was way nice smiled and was super fast at what he did this was the fastest we have ever been served by starbucks! Ps I'm originally from nevada and all we drink is starbucks back home. My uncle when I use to drive with him in his business truck he took us out to starbucks 12 times that day because we were super busy and needed and energy booster and he also bought us the largest there is to order. “Casablanca is one of our regular stops for amazing salads, the best made from scratch pizza and great drinks! They have a great bar selection with local beers and fun mixed drinks (including mocktails that are shockingly yummy) healthy smoothies and really good coffee. Service is always fast and friendly. You may have a little wait time for the pizza but totally worth it! Try the sliders special if you get the chance 😉“

Grants Pass, OR. The morning/afternoon crew there is hands down the best ever. They are always happy and friendly and that makes me feel great. I always try to get my order when Charles is on duty. He is an excellent manager and has a great attitude, funny jokes, and a great smile that makes my day even better. Charles and his crew serve up more than smiles, the food there when he is on duty is always hot and fresh and tastes better than other locations and the coffee is always perfect.
