“Cafe Soleil is a fantastic place to meet a friend or grab a cup of joe and vibe. I went in the morning so it was bustling, but the small line moved quickly and I received my coffee in a timely fashion. I sat at the bar seats near the window, sipped my delicious coffee (in a very cute ceramic mug I must add), and appreciated the joyful atmosphere.There are a couple (clearly marked) odd steps when entering/exiting that can be tricky if you're not paying attention. It should also be noted that tables and chairs are close together so you have to "scoot" between people to get around the seating area.The coffee, staff, and ambiance are awesome, but the space is not very accessible for those with ambulation limitations. “This is the best coffee ever. I don't say that lightly. I've had it all Pete's, Starbucks, human bean, Dutch, outsiders, etc. NOTHING compares to Southwest. It is the only place around where my coffee tastes real and authentic and like it actually has genuine espresso in it. The customer service is always amazing. They never make my drink wrong. I drive over 15 min from my house and past all kinds of other coffee places to just get one from Southwest. It's literally ruined all other coffee places for me. I cannot recommend this place more!“

“I was looking for something fun to do around here. I went to a cute emporium, passed by Starbucks and thought naw, too average. Boy oh boy I am so happy I stepped in here! I'm not sure where this ice cream comes from, but I'm 45, and this is the second best ice cream I've ever had in my entire life. I'm allergic to alcohol but the bourbon hot fudge is amazing and I don't taste anything like alcohol. The vibe in here is very chill complete with some chill music, it's airy and bright in here but not cold or hot. I'm loving it. The coffee is mixed with care you find in Portland or Seattle. I'm not tasting the coffee flavor, it's a perfect mocha. You can also get a scoop of this ice cream with a double shot of espresso, I was thinking about it, but next time definitely. Best ice cream in Southern Oregon for definite.“

“Had one of the best lunches I’ve had in downtown Medford. A humble meatloaf sandwich with a fresh squeezed apple carrot ginger juice that were to die for. This was not the old school meatloaf I grew up with that was dense and over baked. Instead it was rich and flavorful but so light and melt in your mouth yummy. A tangy sauce on top, pea shoots, and thick sliced grilled bread made the heaven it was complete. A small pear and persimmon salad and lighter than air chips finished the take away. The juice was perfect as well. All food is takeaway, no seating. Highly recommend.“

“Mini donuts....Whaaaaaaaaat? I was getting a coffee at Royal and I saw people going over to this truck. So I ventured over and since I was running late for my first day of classes, why not bring the class some donuts...right? They are all made fresh and there are some delicious flavors: cinnamon and sugar, nutella and sea salt, maple bacon...oh sooooo good! So if you are stopping by Royal Coffee, grab some of these goodies on the way out! Also if you're running late to work, how can anyone get upset with you if you brought these?“
