“So if you are looking for gluten free and vegan bread, this is the place. If you are looking for gluten free and vegan pastries with some coffee, this is the place. Oh and if you are looking for the best gluten free sourdough that you will ever taste, yep this is the place, and of course the sourdough is vegan too.Oh and pizza crusts that’s are gluten free, duh.Full disclaimer, I used to work for Organicos many years ago under the previous owner, so I may be biased, but to be fair, I only wanted to work there because the bread was so good. I also happened to be working there when the gluten free sourdough was born, it was glorious and is even better now that it’s older ?The current owners breathed new life into the business a few years back and I absolutely love what they have done. The location is great, getting a coffee with some tasty treats is ?Sure it’s more expensive than a pastry at the convenience store, but I can tell you from experience that the bread is labor intensive and the ingredients ain’t cheap. “My fiancé & I had an amazing meal here for the first time. The restaurant is beautiful inside and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I had a special request for Carbonara Pasta and the chef made it for me. That was so kind and not to mention absolutely delicious. My fiancé had the lamb ragu which was SO tasty. We also shared the artichoke salad which was so refreshing and unique. The complimentary bread is also super good. The food, ambiance, and staff are 10 out of 10. If you haven’t been here in Ashland I 100% recommend it. Not to mention we just visited Italy and ate pasta everyday so for me to say this pasta was 10/10 says something!“

I asked for hot sauce and with the jalapeño it comes with, it was good just as it was. ? (I did add some sauce anyway.)There is a very nice eating area that is covered. There are several tables under the stationary aluminum covering and a heater, too. They use large garbage cans which is a plus.Service was friendly. It's easy to get in to and out of. If you're in need of anything at the Army-Navy Store, this is an added bonus. My husband went over and bought socks while I waited!I forgot to take a photo, but with the tender, large chunk of carrot the tacos were appetizing to the eye.Parking: In front of the Army Navy Store. Plenty of parking but it could fill up.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible, but you must go around the parking blocks.“

I have a few regular orders I bounce between and there are at least 3 staff here who know all of them from memory. Maybe that just means I come here too often LOL. But honestly the staff are part of why I keep coming back! They never get an order wrong either - in fact with me and my regular orders if I change it even just slightly they always catch it and double check to make sure they didn’t misunderstand or I didn’t forget something. Great staff and tasty drinks every time. The lines can be a little crazy if you hit them at the right time but sometimes the trade offs are worth it for me.“
