“I had a delightful jalapeno and bacon pastry yesterday that is worthy of taking the time to review with sincerity. 10 out of 10!! Creative menu, expertly brewed coffees, a warm cozy environment, plus wine, and more! One of the few places open late, but also is bumping in the a m. - I noticed business meetings happening amongst teenagers doing homework on their laptops and agree it has the right environment for this our community needed. Very excited to see some live music there and chill on the outdoor partially covered patio soon! This is a great place to stop in for a gourmet yet affordable bite to eat while you emerse yourself in and converse about the **NEW ART EXHIBIT!!** Tailholt Coffee Co. is now hosting one of my art exhibits, "Wonders of the Redwoods" now through April 14th with new artists being featured monthly. “Dani and Dan shared a flight of their wines and a Marvin Trio board - which was a sourdough loaf with three seasonal spreads. Their wines are fairly unique because they use the field yeast to ferment their grapes, and many of their wines are aged in terra cotta amphorae. They also use some concrete eggs, and some neutral French oak. These wines really showcase the natural terroir of the vineyard! Their website has fantastic notes on the wine making for each bottle, which really made for an enjoyable tasting.“

“This was our first time having dinner at Rivers Edge, we were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary. The restaurant is open, beautifully decorated with an amazing view of the Rogue River. We made a reservation, which is recommended. We were seated at the time of our reservation outside with a beautiful view. We ordered the wasabi tenders, Wow! Cooked to perfection and so flavorful , outstanding!! My husband had the Oscar which is a filet with blue crab, he enjoyed it . I had the Ossa Bocca which was outstanding and cooked to perfection. The diner and appetizer were all delicious. This had to be one of the best dining experiences we have had in quite awhile. One thing to remember that the food is cooked to order and prepared fresh. We didn't mind the extra time for the quantity and flavors of our choices. Food came out perfect temperatures and so fresh. Service was good, our server wasn't overly checking on us but she was attentive. All in all I will dine again at Rivers Edge and highly recommend if you want a good meal with a beautiful meal.“
