“Excellent coffee, friendly welcoming staff, nice relaxing and open environment. Love that you can order different roasts. We ordered an iced mocha with cinnamon and two cortados with different roasts. The two roasts were very distinct and both were delicious.World Tour is a darker roast has a robust and rich flavor.Pompadour is a lighter roast with a smooth milder flavor but none of the fruity notes that usually turn me off from lighter roasts.“
“Ashland staple! If you are here visiting, you must try this breakfast place at least once. Proportions are huge, so be prepared to ask for a box, be stuffed for the day, or do a half-order for $2.50 if you’re watching your figure or something. Very cute and cozy ambience. I got a muffin that was warm like it just came out of the oven. Fluffy pancakes. My suggestion is to come with a friend so you can share both savory and sweet dishes.“
“Everything is great about this place except for the service. Seems like the employees can only do one thing at a time. There is always a long line, and it's painful to watch as one employee is semi- competent, and the other two are completely clueless! So after a long wait in line, they expect a tip. Someone needs to train the employees here how to be more efficient.Otherwise, the bread is the best in town, truly! The baguettes are JUST LIKE THE ONES IN FRANCE! The iced coffee on nitro is perfect, the ice cream flavors are unique and original, the pastries are to die for.......Someone really knows what they are doing here!I'm truly addicted to their little baguette sandwiches. This place is great except for the clueless, slow employees. This place could operate so much more smoothly and efficiently if they would train their employees a little better.I'll give them 5-stars when they fix this.“
“You know a place is quality when they have healthy plants! Very authentic cafe in trendy, downtown neighborhood. They made a custom GF, vegan -ish carrot cake for my friend’s bday (HBD, Leslie!). Everything is gluten free, a few vegan items in stock. More available by request, very allergy friendly. ?? Don’t be in a hurry, it took them 30 minutes to heat up my order (They gave it to someone else.). I was late for my next appointment. ?UPDATE- The vegan carrot cake is so good no one complained about it being gluten free! Everything was perfect: color, texture, flavor and presentation. You made my friend’s surprise party a success, thank you. ✨ We liked it so much, I got the same for my bday! I don’t even like carrot cake. LOL The biggest compliment? My picky husband said, “This is so moist, gluten free is never like this.” ?“
“Everyone was sweet and gave us what we asked for. Not super intrusive but available staff. Tasty wines. I wish they had a la cart options for snacks- I would have loved salami, olives, crackers, Jam, mustard, and pickles. (But I understand. The menu still looked good)I didn't stay. Just wine tasting.“
“Coolest coffee and tea house in Ashland. Serving hot/iced coffee, tea and specialty drinks featuring local craft art and donation box for homeless and hungry. Fantastic service and attitude and a cool place to find interesting people and good conversations.“
“Had a great breakfast sandwich here and a coffee. They were very busy because a festival was in town but the two people at the counter handled everything smoothly. The only thing that would’ve helped would’ve been descriptions on the chalkboard menu so you didn’t have to ask what everything was.“
“Last Thursday, I needed pita bread for Christmas morning. I live in California, so I needed them right then. A very nice man helped me, I need 3, asked for 4 in case I screwed up. He sold me 5. And gave me a break. He triple wrapped them. When I opened them to use, they were still perfect, fresh, beautiful. It meant alot. My son lost his dad a couple years ago, and his dad always made him a pita breakfast on Christmas morning. So I recreated it for him and he was so happy. Nice place. It made his Christmas morning. Thank you.“
“The food was decent. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful except for one girl that got kinda snippy with me when I asked for red pepper to season my Flatbread. She showed me the communal salt & pepper table which was nice but strange (why aren't they on the tables?) But she said they had no red pepper in house. Really? Did you ask in the kitchen hmmm. Overall a good experience but the red pepper would have helped the Flatbread flavor.“
“We stumbled upon this place after not finding a place to eat in downtown Ashland, and we are very glad we did! Amazing shrimp fettuccine, espresso, and tiramisu, cool ambiance, decor, and excellent service! Hope to circle back before we leave town. “
“Fabulous. The iced tea was terrible, but hubby loved the brisket sandwich and the stout the bartender picked for him was great, he said. I was only up for an appetizer, and the Dirty Fries were really good. Oh, and house made potato chips came with the sandwich and were awesome. Staff did great in spite of how busy it was (long line, but it moved fine).“
“You don't pay an arm and a leg to eat at Ruby's and the food is good. I enjoy eating their food whether I'm eating in or ordering to go.Vegetarian options: Most vegetarian dishes can easily be made vegan. I ordered a veggie burger the last time I ate here but there are burritos and sandwiches as well.“
“Once you figure out their hours, the food is great here. We live locally and come for bakery goods after a lake day, or picnic grab and go food. The hot sandwiches are delicious too. Tempeh Reuben, yumm or a burger. Good coffee drinks too. This cafe is located inside The Ashland Hills hotel. There is indoor and outdoor seating.“
“I went to Louie's with my daughter while we were visiting Oregon. It's a nice pub/restaurant in the downtown area of Ashland. The staff was great, very friendly and attentive. We were both pleasantly surprised with how good the food was, everything we ordered was excellent and we liked it so much we went back the next day! We plan to visit the area again in the warmer weather and we will definitely make sure to stop in again when we do.“
“I stop at this location almost every time I am in Ashland, usually once a week. While they don't know me like the workers at my usual location near home, the workers here are always just as friendly and helpful. Dutch Bros seems to hire the best people.“
“Ordered an iced chai, service was fast, wait wasn't long and the barista gave my dog a pup cup. I hadn't heard of that before but since my Great Dane was hard to ignore with his head out the window she was forthcoming in treating my pupper. Drink was fine and my dog was very happy. Well done.“
“I did not get our servers name, but she was amazing!!! We hit this place up with a party of 22 on a Saturday night and they made it happen for us! We had a partial team and parents who wanted to celebrate the SOU lacrosse season and NW Pizza took excellent care of us! The food was excellent and the service was over the top! Thank you!!“
“Probably one of the best fish and chips dish that I’ve ever had. The sauce was amazing and the fish was cooked perfectly. My son never finishes his meal and kids oodles of noodles dish was gone. Well done guys. And my wife had the chicken Alfredo. That also was amazing. Thank you Greenleaf. We will be back.“
“I'm really feeling 3.5, but I'll be generous. They have a lot of beer to choose from. That is great. I enjoyed the beer that I ordered although I don't actually remember which one it was, but for a place like this that's not important, what's important is that they really do have a very wide selection of many different styles, including ciders. I don't think they had any "domestic" beers though if that's what you are looking for. The wings were meh. Too saucy. The pizza was actually really good. And they had no problem modifying it to our needs (taking half the stuff off only half the pizza so our daughter would eat it). Nice large space. Both indoor and outdoor. Informal. Kids welcome, but no high chairs (although they did have juice boxes for purchase, phew). They seemed a little understaffed, but maybe it was just the moment we were there, ended up affecting our delivery time less than I expected.“
“Vegetarian options: Vegetarian & Vegan selections are incredibly delicious & limited.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access provided. Vegetarian options available but limited. On street parking provides sufficient space for vehicles. Some Dietary restrictions can be accommodated.“
“We came to town for college basketball and stumbled upon Caldera's being close to the hotel. Drinks, soup, burgers, fish and chips, mushroom fettuccine...delicious. Fresh and full of their own flavors. So good, we came back a second time in parties of 6-8 and they were great with service, checking on us and again no one was dissatisfied with their food. Awesome ambiance, very comfortable feeling. Family lives close by and I'm sure they will frequent the place now. I'll be back eventually.“
“Sammich is an amazing small town spot. being from the midwest, I really admired their dedication to all of the Chicago Sports teams. I love the grilled cheese. Highly recommend stopping here in AshlandParking: There are maybe 5 parking spots“
“My fiancé & I had an amazing meal here for the first time. The restaurant is beautiful inside and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I had a special request for Carbonara Pasta and the chef made it for me. That was so kind and not to mention absolutely delicious. My fiancé had the lamb ragu which was SO tasty. We also shared the artichoke salad which was so refreshing and unique. The complimentary bread is also super good. The food, ambiance, and staff are 10 out of 10. If you haven’t been here in Ashland I 100% recommend it. Not to mention we just visited Italy and ate pasta everyday so for me to say this pasta was 10/10 says something!“
