I’m really picky about Italian food because I grew up with my mom making homemade pasta noodles and homemade bolognese sauce but Carlitos is my favorite substitute when I don’t feel up to cooking or just want something quick. We are regulars here mostly take out but we love Carlitos. Today is my birthday and we went for dinner had an amazing dinner and as always the owners and staff are beyond wonderful. We visited Carlito’s while vacationing from the East Coast. All of the menu items are family recipes. The cream pesto fettuccine and risotto were divine. The side salad comes with a lemony vinaigrette that is perfectly balanced and delectable. Aside from the food, the service and atmosphere are fantastic. It’s a really relaxed vibe. This is a wonderful family business with really great food!
