“I’m really picky about Italian food because I grew up with my mom making homemade pasta noodles and homemade bolognese sauce but Carlitos is my favorite substitute when I don’t feel up to cooking or just want something quick. We are regulars here mostly take out but we love Carlitos. Today is my birthday and we went for dinner had an amazing dinner and as always the owners and staff are beyond wonderful. The pizza and other food Were Delicious! there was arcade games and pool for the kids to run around and play. it was like eating at home with the whole family the owner even gave my kids some coin to play out of his own pocket! so thankful definitely go there with your family“

“Wow! There is nothing like this in Ashland. Casual and delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. Wonderful pastries. Great drinks. What really blew us away is how there’s no seed oils, they make their pastries with beef tallow, and they have a Berkey for water! This place is much more of a cafe than a restaurant, exactly what the plaza needs. Great vegetarian options. All organic. Comfortable seating. Specialty Lattes. Wonderful Gelato!
