“Upscale, authentic Indonesian restaurant in the heart of downtown Ashland.

I ordered the rendang, sate’ ayam, and the house made sambal. It was all amazing. The rendang (the chef’s most iconic dish) was unique, super moist and tender in texture, the meat soaked up all the curry flavors which gave it incredible flavor. The vegetables and rice paired nicely with it. Sate’ ayam was some of the best I’ve had. Nice char marks on the chicken and skewer. Peanut sauce was delicious, not too sweet with real ingredients. The small side of house made sambal may have stole the show and paired great with the other items. It has a nice spice level and great flavor, almost smoky. The worker told me they get the chiles shipped straight from Indonesia to make it on house.

Vibe is upscale and authentic. Modern and traditional Indonesian decor on walls. Large bar in front of the restaurant and covey dining area in the back with comfy cushioned seats and pillows, and the best part was the open kitchen where you can watch the chefs at work. Customer service was excellent, very kind and food came out fresh and quickly.“

“Gorgeous winery and nice staff. The wines tasted great and at $20 for a flight of 6 wines it’s an amazing experience. They are happy to talk about the wines if you ask but let you just be with your party rather than being in your face. Highly recommended. Will be coming back if I am in town again.“

An absolutely wonderful experience. Pairings are uncommon in the Rogue Valley wine scene, and this one was exceptional. We highly recommend it. Beautiful venue, good wine, great food, and great service. We will be back!“

“Delightful experience. Excellent sushi, delicious ramen, and home made kimchi was delicious! Keep in mind though that Google shows incorrect time, we came thinking it is open whole day, but in fact they have break from 2:30pm to 5 pm. It didn't stop them from serving us though and even prepare sushi to go during their own lunch! Incredible hospitality! ... Cat robot is kawaii!“

“We walked in after having to make a quick pivot from our downtown dinner reservation due to the power outage. Joseph greeted us warmly and took us in as “refugees” and sat us at a great little table inside with a view of the garden. Perfect! Joseph was super-attentive all evening long. The craft cocktails were excellent, as was our food. We shared greens and vegetables salad; my wife had the halibut special on an incredible peach romanescu sauce with the crispiest, lightest potatoes ever made. I had a delicious plate of hand cut sourdough pasta. Our dessert was an Egyptian cake that was a miracle of textures and flavors. The Samosas were excellent and the wait was not bad at all for a busy Friday night. 100% will make a stop here or go out of my way if I can when passing through. better than all the places I've had between here and Portland.“

“First time here passing through and it was delicious 😋 I got the sesame chicken (I DEFINITELY recommend 👌🏻), beef fried rice, and vegetable Lo Mein! Lo Mein was good but I prefer the chow mein. Fast and kind service. The booths were nice I like sitting in booths the most. Server didnt mind my baby was fussy so I was able to walk around and calm him down. There wasn't anyone else there anyway. Just a couple people came to pick up orders to go. And theres a cool mini 21+ slot machine area.“
