“Wow! If I lived in Medford this would be on the top of my list. They serve traditional Japanese and lots of creative sushi rolls and even bibimbap which is not on the menu. I had to control myself to not order multiple items... Especially because someone else was treating us. I really really wish Bonsai was in Utah! Dang.“

“This was some of the best sushi I have had (I’ve been to Japan). The salmon nigiri was amazing and tasted so fresh. The cherry blossom roll was so so good!! There is also a little robot that brings food over which is adorable. Highly recommend stopping here!!“
